This company claims they provide trained maids. I approached them for the same as needed one for help. They asked to pay rs.5000/- as advance and gave a receipt for the same. Post that it has been 2 weeks they have not helped with a maid. I want the advance i paid back as i am not wanting to deal with them any more. When a service provider promises they should keep their promise and adhere to timelines. People only reach out to them in times of need to follow up everyday when one has emergencies at home is not appreciated.

Before the entire fee was paid, they provide required services. But once the money was paid and the maid has left they are not providing the services.

It has been 3 weeks and they are not able to provide the desired maid as per the requirement.

Even when the maid was selected and the maid did not come, they do not have the basic eticate to inform the customer about the same.

The manger - atul is absolute a useless and ill-mannered person and who did not speak properly. They have been totally un-professional and when asked to return the money, they are not returning the money. Rather again delaying the requirement saying due to lack of availability of maid they can not provide now. I have the requirement now and if they can not provide the services, they should return the money immediately.

Totally un-professional and ir-responsible bunch of people who do not provide proper services and updates as the entire money have been paid. When the money was not paid, there was proper follow up and after now, there is no service at. I need the money to be returned back immediately and strict action to be taken against this company
