I am travelling in your bus and the bua number is UP78FN5081 the facility which are written on the app you are not provided me your driver not provided any single break during the travelling but break is mention on the app on the azad hotel i am going to file a complain against you because you are cheating with the customer you guys are charging extra amount for amenties but you are not providing any amenties i am a lawyer i am practing in the distric court if you guys not given me my rupess then i will file a complain against you .

At the time of booking the amenties which is showing in the app red bus you guys are not provided me there is no washroom and
Bus driver also not provided any break during the travelling so i want my refund amount other wise i will file a complain against you in consumer court i am also a lawyer student so it's very easy to take a action againts you so please look in to this case ...driver not provided any break during the travelling and break was mentioned in the app in azad hotel so please refund my amount other wise i will file a complain .

First of all the bus staff is very unsupportive and arrogant.
The cleanliness of the coach is very unhygienic..
The bus conductor dont knows how to talk to the ladies..
The condition of our coach is very bad.

I booked ticket from sumerpur to ahmedabad. Bus driver overloaded bus. I booked the ticket from paytm

I have booked two tickets from delhi to Kanpur in kalpana travels as no seats where available in other buses. Today is my travelling date and when I reached there to board the bus just got to know that sleeper buses are not available they can accommodate people in non ac seater without refunding the balance amount. When tried to reach out the bus operator on the no. provided on the ticket is going switched off and there are no other way to reach out them. Feeling cheated getting service of hardly 1000/- and paid 2300/- for the tickets. This is totally fraud, these guys are cheating people and earning money without providing the said hospitality. I hope this message will reach out to the concern person and people like me will get some resolution for these fraud cases.
