My name is rahul aggarwal. I live in noida sector 67. I have a booked a hotel kalson holidays through make my trip website by error booking done on 3rd of october at 6:30 pm. And on the same date and at that time i was at delhi after five minutes that i have contacted with make my trip and they people were saying that i have to book again for the next date and they can’t shift the date for the next date because i was suppose to book on 4 of october and after that i spoke with the hotel and hotel manager i have the recording of the conversation he said that if i will book the hotel for next day then i will get the refund for the booking which have done on 3rd of october, so as per the policy i again booked kalson holidays for the next day on 4 th of october, and i didn’t get any refund right now as already 30 days have passed and i stucked in between make my trip and hotel kalson holidays suites. I also sent mail to reservation department for refund. And after all the things i didn’t get refund. Kindly, please give me my refund or get back to me already i sent mail many times to make my trip and kalson holidays suites and i am not getting any response please solve my issue or i have to raise my issue in consumer court.

Rakesh siddhi call me at 27-8-19 then said me hello mam you have won a free tour voucher for rajasthan. I said tell me one thing mera no kahan se mila aapko they said me mam hum ek mall me mile the. But i dont know who are you so they call me again mam please pick your voucher and enjoy your holiday. Rakesh sidhi mobile no is [protected]. As we had visited to royal villas hotel dated 30-8-19. For holiday voucher. Then we met mr rakesh and explain about you company package.

We said ok we will think about it and let you know but he made us to book by promising us gifts and discounts by saying which will available only in may and not after. Mr. Rakesh siddhi made calculation of amount and made us to pay a amount of 95, 644.00 on dated 30-8-19 by filling a form and i swipe the atm card for the same amount. After 3 days we realised it is not worthful by paying such a huge amount and we left to kalson holidays suites on 2nd september 2019 for cancellation. We also asked the guests there how it is the feedback was against kalson holidays membership. We met mr. Rakesh and requested him to cancel the membership which is created on 30-8-19 still he was convincing us not to cancel but finally we decided to cancel and we asked him if we have to fill up any cancellation form he said not required since the membership is not created and there is no membership number for you to cancel he took the copy of form which was given to us customer copy and he said i will do cancellation from system and your money will come to your account within 20 days since this is the 6th month till date the amount is not come. I will highly appreciate if my amount refunds back to me or back to my account without any hassles. Waiting for your kind. Now till dated 19-10-19 no reply from kalson holiday suites side. Please refund my money
