Dear sir/ma'am,
My name is Ramesh Vadgama. I have a certain number of FD in the Kamuna credit cooperative society Ltd. with a total sum of around 6, 00, 000 lakhs amount.
When COVID hits in 2020 we request for FD withdrawal at the end of 2020. But at that time the bank didn't return our money because of COVID and they passed the circular that our money will be given within a year with applicable interest.br...

staff misbehaviour with passengers

I want to in form you inform you about the dictatorial behaviour of your staff. On 24th. July 18. I went to home in hrtc bus route sarkaghat to ghumarwin from kuthera to panyala shiv mandir at 7:00pm.
But when i am requesting to stop the bus the driver reply. This is not bus stop and can't stop the bus and droped me one km away. So you are requested to take action like these employees.

When COVID hits in 2020 we request for FD withdrawal at the end of 2020. But at that time the bank didn't return our money because of COVID and they passed the circular that our money will be given within a year with applicable interest.
Then after a year in 2021 we contacted the person through which we have deposited money in the bank. But we got no response either from a person or bank. We tried to contact the main branch but no luck. Nothing is operational.
Recently in Dec 2022 we just received the one of the FD without any interest of past 2 years.
Now the bank employee didn't even respond to any of our query or calls and he has no idea when we get our full amount back. Every time he just says it's in process you may get it soon. But in the end we still haven't received it.
Please try to understand my problem and help with this.
