Dear sir,

I was searching the kda plots running schemes from last 3-4 months and continuously i am seeing the kda website in under construction continuously. And jawaharpuram scheme information is not provided correctly. As website is under maintenance so when i checked online, some sites showing 16 may 2016 is last date and some is showing 31 may 2016 is last date. Si i called to kda account officer mr rajeev kumar chowdhary, but he also don't have information regarding to this scheme and he is very rudely behaved.

My only concern is this if they people don't want to give the information, kindly remove the contact information from the websites or provide the proper website so user will not call these type of rude guys.

In 1978, My Father Mr. R.P. Gupta has purchased a 500 sq. mt. plot in Panki Transport Nagar scheme. He has submitted complete amount of plot at the same time, but we have not been provided that plot even after more than 35 years. My father tried to contact KDA regarding the same but he didn't get any help from them. So I request you to please look into this matter and provide us the final allotment date of the plot. We don't want to wait anymore.

We have taken one commercial plot through kda in year2010 during auction but after doing registry last year kda is not able to give possession to us . and local few group has done unauthorized constructions and few officers are saying there is legal case on that . but kda is not updating us in writing and not helping us to give possession .
if not possible and there is legal case then kda has to refund our amount

I have purchased a flat at Ratan Planet, Naramau Banger, Kalyanpur, Kanpur from Ratan Housing Development Corporation, Swaroopnagar, Kanpur. Demanding several times Form A from Ratan Housing Development Corporation (Builder), Swaroopnagar, Kanpur, they are not providing photocopy of form A, which is to be submitted by the Builder to Kanpur Develop Authority Kanpur. Let me know wheather the builder has submitted form A to you or not, if no, what i will do. waiting for your responce. Thanking you. Dear Sir, Myself Ashish Kumar House No. H.I.G F1-15 Barra-8, We have constructed my home recently, On[protected] he has visited site and asked for aproved Map.we have shown map to him after seeing map he has told you have to give 50, 000 Rs. for KDA senior authority to allow you for further construction, when we denyed he had thretened us that i will forward notice, Now we have recieved notice from KDA, Please guide us how to proceed? A six stores commercial building has been constructed at 104-A/382, Rambagh, Kanpur with the help of Junior Engineerin and KDA Baboo Mr. Munna Nigam without any MAP. A basement has also been constructed in this building which is totally illegal in a building of just 120 Sq. yard. Due to this building the light and air of adjacent buildings are blocked.

To The chairmann sir, I have allotted a plot in L-72 Prerna Vihar Zone -3 in 2005 and i have done registration of that plot in 2009 and afterward i am asking possession of that plot but kda is unable to provide the possession of that plot, So kindly guide me how can i get possession of that plot . We are facing most problems just because of wrong decisions and illegal construction in Tikunia park Dabauli west with support of Local politicians. It helps to grow condition for unhealthy atmosphere. We have given written complaint to this office along with DM office, Health dept and Nagar Nigam also but there is no cure.

I received my account statement from kda after RTI application.I paid all cost of land within 3.5 month from the allotment but kda treated as emi.He adjusted regularly emi`s many years without any information and after 5 year he demands as a balance due amount when alloty requested for registry.The kda lekhapatri provided by kda zone-2 office on 28/1/08 (on which behave i deposited full amount) is not authentic verbally declared by kda babu sh.Vinod panday which was written the same in my presence. I also consigned a application to Vice Chairman of kda about the matter but having no responce.Please help.

Sir, As on 21/08/2012 I had received a notice of payments recovery of EMI from yours department, notice issued by Mr. Rakesh Yadav (UNA). After receiving of notice I was submitted my all deposited slip with yours department & on 31/08/2012 I was clear all dues as per above detail & I request to your representative Mrs.Rekha Yadav for Ragirty of the property and confirmation of balance Free hold amount but still I am not getting any written information about the same. I many time requested to her about registration of property but still that property was not resisted in my favor. I was personally meet with your vice chairman (Mr.Ram Mohan Yadav) on 01/11/2012, I was request to him for registration of the property & on 02/11/2012, I was already submit a written request to your department (One Request copy to Office of Vice Chairman & one copy to UNA office (Rakesh Kumar Yadav)).

Hello Sir, I am living in K Block Kidwai Nagar Kanpur. The roads just surrounding my neighborhood are really worse. There is no way to use vehicles or even pedestrians to walk. Its completely dug up and the dust causes a lot of havoc.
Even though the main roads get built time to time, no heed and attention is paid to these connecting roads,
I would be really greatfull if you can please take this matter forward with the Municipal corporation.

we are residing in allenganj, the lane opposite rave 3 multiplex. the 40ft road is badly dug up in such a state that even single vehicles cannot move. our vehicles have been badly damaged too. the amout of loose mud asising because of this is increasing the percent of asthama cases in people residing here. immediate action must be taken.

I am giving complain about construction going on at H.No.30 Kalyanpur khurd kanpur without giving adequate space for road. If any unnatural incident/accident happens on the street only this house will be hurdle to reach any type of relief. The encroachment is made by the sons of owner of the house late mania singh. further they never use to pay house tax charged by kda as it is pending from long time. i,m requesting to the concerned authorities to please look into the matter and make arrangements to stop the unauthorised construction so as the other residents of the street may not get affected by this construction.

BUT POSSESSION OF SAID PLOT HAS NOT BEEN GIVEN BY THE KDA SO FAR. SO MANY APPICATION HAVE BEEN FORWARDED TO KDA BUR KDA HAS NEVEN BEEN REPLIED TO OUR APPLICATION. I had applied for refunds of advance payment on21/08/09 vide registered post with A/D. On 11/09/09, your zone IV officials have confirmed me that they have processed my application for refund of advance payment & sent it to account department. On 20/09/09 & onwards,I am continuously contacted your account department officials but no one have given me satisfactory reply whether they have received my application or not & when will they refund my advance amount ( To be credited in my saving account SB//[protected]). Some of your account officials told me that they can’t credit advance amount in saving bank account. Some have told me there is different department for refund & some officials told me you send another application for your refund in which you request to refund my amount in cheque form.

I once again request you, kindly refund my advance payment deposited Rs 69000/ +Intrest on the amount as per your development authority norms (if applicable), because delay occurred at your end.
