In 1978, My Father Mr. R.P. Gupta has purchased a 500 sq. mt. plot in Panki Transport Nagar scheme. He has submitted complete amount of plot at the same time, but we have not been provided that plot even after more than 35 years. My father tried to contact KDA regarding the same but he didn't get any help from them. So I request you to please look into this matter and provide us the final allotment date of the plot. We don't want to wait anymore.

    Hi,
    We have taken one commercial plot through kda in year2010 during auction but after doing registry last year kda is not able to give possession to us . and local few group has done unauthorized constructions and few officers are saying there is legal case on that . but kda is not updating us in writing and not helping us to give possession .
    if not possible and there is legal case then kda has to refund our amount

    Sir, In jawaharpuram sector3 plot no A2/109 alloted to me registay done in my favour but due to dispute between kda and kisan, by the honor High court kisan won the celling land, now we demanded alternative plot but kda is not alloted till date, we have want plots in same yojna or simillar other yojna .
    Pleese do the needful, we r strugling/trying since last 2 years.

Demanding several times Form A from Ratan Housing Development Corporation (Builder), Swaroopnagar, Kanpur, they are not providing photocopy of form A, which is to be submitted by the Builder to Kanpur Develop Authority Kanpur. Let me know wheather the builder has submitted form A to you or not, if no, what i will do. waiting for your responce. Thanking you.         Dear Sir, Myself Ashish Kumar House No. H.I.G F1-15 Barra-8, We have constructed my home recently, On[protected] he has visited site and asked for aproved Map.we have shown map to him after seeing map he has told you have to give 50, 000 Rs. for KDA senior authority to allow you for further construction, when we denyed he had thretened us that i will forward notice, Now we have recieved notice from KDA, Please guide us how to proceed?           A six stores commercial building has been constructed at 104-A/382, Rambagh, Kanpur with the help of Junior Engineerin and KDA Baboo Mr. Munna Nigam without any MAP. A basement has also been constructed in this building which is totally illegal in a building of just 120 Sq. yard. Due to this building the light and air of adjacent buildings are blocked.

                We are facing most problems just because of wrong decisions and illegal construction in Tikunia park Dabauli west with support of Local politicians. It helps to grow condition for unhealthy atmosphere. We have given written complaint to this office along with DM office, Health dept and Nagar Nigam also but there is no cure.

                        I received my account statement from kda after RTI application.I paid all cost of land within 3.5 month from the allotment but kda treated as emi.He adjusted regularly emi`s many years without any information and after 5 year he demands as a balance due amount when alloty requested for registry.The kda lekhapatri provided by kda zone-2 office on 28/1/08 (on which behave i deposited full amount) is not authentic verbally declared by kda babu sh.Vinod panday which was written the same in my presence. I also consigned a application to Vice Chairman of kda about the matter but having no responce.Please help.

                            Hello Sir, I am living in K Block Kidwai Nagar Kanpur. The roads just surrounding my neighborhood are really worse. There is no way to use vehicles or even pedestrians to walk. Its completely dug up and the dust causes a lot of havoc.
                            Even though the main roads get built time to time, no heed and attention is paid to these connecting roads,

                                I sanjay tripathi R/O House No.22 "Kanti Villa" kalyanpur khurd kanpur is retired from indian air force. I am giving complain about construction going on at H.No.30 Kalyanpur khurd kanpur without giving adequate space for road. If any unnatural incident/accident happens on the street only this house will be hurdle to reach any type of relief. The encroachment is made by the sons of owner of the house late mania singh. further they never use to pay house tax charged by kda as it is pending from long time. i,m requesting to the concerned authorities to please look into the matter and make arrangements to stop the unauthorised construction so as the other residents of the street may not get affected by this construction.

                                I Ashok Jain R/O 46/149 Halsey Road, Kanpur 78 years of age lodging complaint about construction going on at H.No. 85/73 _ D Laxmipurva.kanpur without approved map from KDA. The owner of said plot is Anil Kumar Jain & Smt Neelam Jain they have also encroached my building 85/73-c Laxmipurva Kanpur and demolished my existing Entrance Gate hence blocked the existing entrence to my property, It is therefor requested to the concerned authorities to please look into the matter and make arrangements to stop the unauthorised construction..
                                I have already lodged a complaint but no action has yet been taken.

                                Subject:-Person don't have its own land but taken the government land and built shop.
                                Through this letter I want to request you that I am resident of Awas Vikas 3 kanpur.Near to my house there is Road whose owner is government but tire puncture person built a shop in front of chownk built there on government property.
                                So in last I would say that government take care of its own property otherwise property should be capture by all people.

I HAVE BEEN PARTICIPATED WAR 1965 AND 1971. AFTER WAR OF 1971 KANPDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED THROUGH NEW PAPERS IN JANUARY 1972 SOME PLOT OF W2 JUHI SCHEME MARKED FOR SERVICE PERSONNEL. I HAVE BEEN APPLIED FOR THE SAME SCHEME AND KDA HAS BEEN ALLOTTED A PLOT NO 1072 W2 JUHI SCHEME TO US AND REGISTRY HAS BEEN COMPLETED IN MY NAME DUERING JANUARY 1977 I HAVE ALL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE IS TIME AS PER DIRECTION OF KDA. BUT POSSESSION OF SAID PLOT HAS NOT BEEN GIVEN BY THE KDA SO FAR. SO MANY APPICATION HAVE BEEN FORWARDED TO KDA BUR KDA HAS NEVEN BEEN REPLIED TO OUR APPLICATION. THE SAME PLOT HAS BEEN OCCUPIED SOME ONE PERSON. IN VIEW OF THE ABOVE I HAVE BEEN WENT TO CONSUMER FORUM FOR DECISSION. CONSUMER FORUM HAS BEEN GIVEN DECISISION IN MY FAVOUR O[censored]S IN JULY 2008. KDA HAS BEEN DEMOLISED UNAUORISED CONSTRUCTION IN THE SAME PLOT. BUT POSSESSION HAS NOT BEEN
                                        GIVEN TO US SO FAR. IN VIEW OF THE ABOVE IT IS REQUESTED TO PLEASE TAKE UP THE CASE WITH KDA.

                                          I HAVE A SHOP IN MY RESIDENCE AT ARYA NAGAR. YESTERDAY K.D.A. JUNIOR ENGINNER Mr. T.N. SINGH & AJIT SINGH CAME AT SHOP AND DEMANDING 25000/- FOR NOT SEALING THE SHOP
                                          WHEN I DENAY THAN THEY WERE USE BAD WORDS & TOOK SOME ITEM FROM MY SHOP. THEY GONE MY SHOP & WARNED THAT IF AMOUNT WILL NOT BE REACHED WITH IN 2 DAYS THEN THEY WILL SEALED SHOP.
                                          I COMPLAINED Ms. URMILA SONKAR (O.S.D.) SHE ALSO FAVOUR TO HER ENGINEER & SID THAT AMOUNT IS NOW INCREASE WHERE IS MY 25000/- HENE AMOUNT IS UPTO 50000/-.
                                          AFTER THAT WHEN WE PUT OUR COMPLAIN TO V.C. THAN THEY REPLY OK. GIVE 100000/- TO AN ENGINEER WITH MY PART OF 50000/- THEN YOUR SHOP WILL BE NOT SEALED.

                                          SIR I AM VERY CONFUSED & I WANT TO SUCIDE IN THAT CASE. PLZ. HELP ME & TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION AGAINST SAID PEOPLE. AT THIS TIME CORRUPTION IN K D A IS IN VERY HIGH LEVEL.

                                          I have alloted a plot L-72 in prerna Vihar Zonr-3 kanpur in Nov 2005 and i have get registered it on my and my wife name on 7Nov 2008 and I have applied for possession on 17 Nov 2008.But till now the possession was not given.
                                          I have done many corresspondence to vice chairman, seceratory, and gone personaly but no satisfactory reply was given.
                                          please give me satisfactoray remarks when i will get possession.

                                          Is my remark will be seen or neglected as unseen ?
                                          Dear sir,
                                          I have alloted a plot from k.d.a. in ratanpur part-2 plot no.B1-35 MIG on 15 sept2007.The allotment in 3 year installment but i have paid within 4 month(29/1/2008) as per calculation ok kda clerk Mr. Vinod panday on kda lekha patri. The total land cost is Rs637500/.I paid Rs 40000/ at time of registration, Rs 119000/(in round) within one month then after Rs 505545/ on 29/1/08 including late charges18%.
                                          I taken loan Rs 350000/from bank for paying such amount. Now kda demonds again Rs 143634/ as due amount, free hold charges & stamp duty charges. I agree for free hold charges as demond and also for stamp duty but balance due amount Rs143634/ is not acceptable till the exact reason found.
                                          I also requeted to kda for statement in brief for showing such amount but he is not provided.
                                          In this situation what i can do. I am a private service man, not having enough time to going every day in kda Or go to court.
                                          I requisted to all officers, admistraters to help for solving this matter.

                                            Sub: Refund of Advance payment (security Deposit) deposited against applied for residential plot In High Way City Yojana advertised on web site on 27/01/09
                                            Dear Sir,
                                            I had applied for refunds of advance payment on21/08/09 vide registered post with A/D. On 11/09/09, your zone IV officials have confirmed me that they have processed my application for refund of advance payment & sent it to account department. On 20/09/09 & onwards,I am continuously contacted your account department officials but no one have given me satisfactory reply whether they have received my application or not & when will they refund my advance amount ( To be credited in my saving account SB//[protected]). Some of your account officials told me that they can’t credit advance amount in saving bank account. Some have told me there is different department for refund & some officials told me you send another application for your refund in which you request to refund my amount in cheque form.

                                            I once again request you, kindly refund my advance payment deposited Rs 69000/ +Intrest on the amount as per your development authority norms (if applicable), because delay occurred at your end.

                                            I further request you to Either refund my advance payment directly credited in my saving bank account no: SB/[protected], MICR code:[protected] ,IFS code: UTIB0000012 of Axis Bank, Voltas House, Bistupur, Jamshedpur or sent AT PAR cheque with registered post in my given below address , the postal charges can be deducted from my advance amount .Pl instruct your officials to kindly communicate me regarding payment in my email id : [protected]@yahoo.co.in or [protected]@rediffmail.com or [protected]@gmail.com .
