The below Transaction made to KAPAKART to buy Car scratch remover.

Transaction No. [protected] for Rs 899.00 done for Botany has succeeded Team PayU

I have not received order confirmation from KAPAKART though I gave all my details has been asked.

I was trying to reach his customer care number [protected], but this number doesn't exists.

Looks like they are fraud and created a fake...

I want to return Magic Foldable Hangers - X 2 Order ID : #NNEKVS796918 and I want a refund of my money, I have tried many times to return the item but no response on call or reply to my mail

Purchased the product on 27th Dec online of rs 1169, but no message & confirmation on the Order id money got debited from the Card.

Customer care number is also not reachable

I purchased Magic Foldable Hanger from Kapakart online .
Payed Rs 899 for a set of two hangers. The hangers upon receipt is damaged and I tried contacting customer care for return pickup.

Their e-mail for customer support : [protected]@kapakart.com rejected my e-mail .

Also the customer care contact number : [protected] is not reachable.

I have no other way to contact them, other than send the packet back to them .

I Paid to online company KAPAKART to buy a product Magic hanger.
I paid Rs 989 for the 3 set of product - magic hangers
Though amount was deducted from my account i didn't get a confirmation of order neither any confirmation from the KAPAKART company.
I tried to reach their customer care number - [protected] and their customer support email id as well [protected]@kapakart.com. but did not get any...
