Respected Sir/Madam,

Sub.: Excess Water Bill towards K. No. [protected]

I am writing this letter to request you to investigate the water bill of K. No[protected]. I have received the water bill of Rs. 19334/- for 33 days (Units 129) which is very high as per past records. My average bill used to come much lower and on certain instances was as low as Rs. 0 every month.

Further, a late fee of Rs. 584.81 has been charged by your goodself which is not fair as the bill is completely absurd. Please waive off the same. Also I strongly feel that the meter is faulty and would request you to please have a new meter installed at my residence.

Furthermore, this is to inform you that no one has come to take the meter reading from last 1 year which is not good. I have been told that since my meter is the one installed by an external vendor that was contracted by DJB for meter installation, that they don’t check my meter at all for the monthly. Please ask the concerned person to take the meter reading every month.

Hence, I request you to please look into the issue and get my bill rectified.

I Kapil wants to share a very bad incident of today which I experienced while travelling in a bus of haryana roadways. Today I need to travel from kurukshetra to karnal. I took a bus from pipli bus stand. When I was trying to catch the bus then conductor of bus just wave his finger I catch the bus and asked him 3 times why you were waiving the finger but he didn't replied. Then bus moved ahead and after some time they took the bus to the parakeet resort at pipli. I asked the conductor that when I asked from you at the time of taking the bus then why you didn't replied. At this conductor and driver started misbehaving with me and also threatened me and scolded me and gave me threat of beaten. Then conductor moved from there but bus driver continued threatened me. To save myself I moved from there. The bus registeration no. Is HR67 C 7636. Route was mentioned on the bus that jalandhar to Delhi dated 20 April 2021.
We need strict action against these kind of people who misbehaved with public and use force against them.
If I couldn't moved from there they could have beaten me up very badly.
I walk from parakeet resort to pipli bus stand, which is around 500 meters and took another bus whose ticket no. Is 405087 which is also from Haryana roadways. I was having pain in my leg yet I had to walk because of that bus I faced mental agony and also faced physically trouble.
The bus is traveling from Jalandhar to Delhi and parakeet resort is opposite side road, bus entered in wrong lane to reach the parakeet resort, took so many lives in danger to reach there. Broke traffic rules to reach there. Under what license or notification that bus reach there for breakfast.
Incident time was around 10 AM. Date mentioned above.
The bus driver broke many rules and suffered so many passengers only to have breakfast. If someone says anything to conductor or bus driver then they both misbehaves with passengers and threat them to take their life. This is very serious issue and must be answered. These two guys must be strictly punished.

I have recharge my jio number by Rs 309 through billdeskutil by paytm but my no is not rechage . Because it got failed but amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet. Plz fix this problem. I recharge my number with 200 rs on 06/07/2016. When I complaint reliance custmore care(8/07/2016), Reliance say problem solve in 4 days but reliance refuse to give money which deduct by wrong call rate charging .

Dear consumer forum i had purchased the product on TOLEXO.COM on 29.7.15 it was more than 13 days i had no reply from TOLEXO. COM every time i called to the customer every time they increase the delivery date it surprised me, instead of giving me correct information they tried to fool the customer by giving faulse information i dont know. Why .I think they want to keep the money on hold on their bank account until the bank pays them the interest and don't forward the money to the seller of the product. As now uptil i had not recieved the product i am feeling victimize of being conducted a fraud from TOLEXO.COM...

We have to informed you that Road Cleaner of Chirag Delhi never cleaning the road beyond the Chirag Delhi Gate to end of the road. whenever we complaint about it to them supervisor Mr.Subhash he don't take any action on them and told us give them 50&100Rs then they will clean the road from your side otherwise i don't do anything about it.
So i request you to please take any action on the subject soon as possible and take us out from he problem.
