Kappalur Toll Plaza Complaints & Reviews

I have traveled from virudhunagar to Madurai on NH7. I have crossed kappalur toll plaza. they have charged 95 rs from my fastag account. I have returned within 8 hrs. They have charged 100 rs on return trip... Actual amount is 45rs only... Most of time they have taking extra charge from my fastag account without my permission... Plus take severe actions on my complaint...

I'm subaidar Sanjay Kumar.As per the rule Army person don't want to pay toll .But in Thirumangalam toll gate near Maduri district.They refuses to accept my Army ID card.and forcefully make me to pay double charges.and wasted my time as I'm coming form Bangalore.All other toll gates accepted my care.but the refuses to open the gate for the reason of notbeing on uniform.Their behavior is also not good.Please consider it as a serious issue and Do the needfull
