My Karbonn A21 Mobile, Purchased on 24.10.2012 Failed to On/Off. Purchased on 25.10.2013 at SM Collections Mobile Shop,Near Market Mangalore,Karnataka.

Korbonn Authorized Service Center Chandu Services,Ph No:[protected], Not Receiving Calls, Add. Not Mentioned in Booklet also.
I Mailed their email Id,I got Pathetic Response.
I Tried a lot to connect Phone...

I am having a problem with my phone bought in October 2012. My phone displays a Red Grid around the screen whenever I do operations like- write sms, access apps and other activities. I have tried to 'uncheck' the 'allow developer settings' but to no success. Also at times when my phone is plugged for charging, if i do any operation-like unlocking, it starts behaving weirdly. It will automatically start doing operations...

I have purchased Karbonn A21 mobile and since then I am facing following problem.When I start any download, the downloading does not happens at all.Even 2 MB file is not getting downloaded.
Even there helpline no and service centre at Borivali and Mira is not working.
Very poor response.
