Please provide as much information as possible...sir I purchased Karbonn machone on 4 April this year ... the phone battery is not worthy it does not last more than 3-5hours sir I am feeling like I am cheated by the brand sir please take some action...

A defective Karbon smart table 8 inch has been Delivered. which doesn't work at all.

On complain with customer service. Their is no response from customer care from 2 Jam 2013.

After 2 months customer care have said 'their is no updates and we are sending back the products in same defective condition'.

Kindly let us know what is our wright to handle this situation.
