I am falguni patel and i was join karma resort and hospitality in november 2020, which is now valorah hospitality, i was pay 99000/-for membership at that time, they share a brochers and hotels details around india and internationaly, with 2 year i do not utilise any trip booking, at booking time they inform to pay 5000/- amc charge of pakage at every year after thay they charge it 8999/- without any information.They force to pay otherwise they could not over trip. They are change a destination without any information. They could not refond and they could not book trip where we want to go.My member id is 12472. Example they provide a jaipur destination in there brocher which is given at booking time with 5star hotel, now i try to book my trip for jaipur so they ask me that they dont have any hotel in jaipur they force us to change a destination.

We have enroll their membership on 12 December 2021. Next day we told them to cancel our enrollment visited their office and sent hard copy too within 7 days as mentioned in terms and condition but not ready to refund my money and make excuses.
Karma resort and hospitality big fraud company. They don't have dignity, do fake promises and swallow people's hard earned money. They have 7 days refundable policy in their terms and conditions. Even this they are not ready to refund my money. They are such a bad company this company should close. They are making people fool by giving hollow offers which doesn't have any existence.
