I attached saminer at nadiad bulaverd 9 resort. I bought the mamber ship from your employee. And as her talk he informed me for my whole family. My age is 53years old. And my 2 kids are of 20years old. Your employee explained that i can buy membership for my entire family. He convinced me and i paid 50, 000/- rupees. But still i didn't got my mamber ship activated. Please help me for my mamber ship. Or refund me my money back to me. My contact number is [protected]

Not full fill all commitments and when asked for refund that time deny

Membership: 15882
I am purchased your membership on 6 sep. And getting enrollment on 30 nov.
Now when i got latter that in mention points when i am read that time i am directly call to my sales person mr. Nilesh Rathod and he told sir this is fact of terms and conditions.
Actually when i am purchased membership that time he gives me
1) 3 days 4 night Dubai free night with breakfast and dinner with couple return air travel.
2) 5 years AMC free.
3) 30 nights for 5 years.
Now he deny and sorry we not provide this and welcome latter in motion all complimentary that is final.
That time also confirm with his senior mr. Shoeb and he is also confirm this.
Mr. Nilesh said provide me some reference and that in i convert in membership and we provide this all complimentary.
After telephonic confirmation in same said and he confirm me to asked said all yes yes we provide this all after.
Now he said i left my job and sorry all this.
Actually also mr. Soheb not pic up my call and all this in i am now realizing fraud done with me.
I have mr. Nilesh Rathod phone call records.

Dear sir,
We have purchased 5 years and 2 years extended membership for 30 nights by Mr. Prakash([protected]) Mr.shishir([protected])Mr.parthjani([protected]) Mr. Vivek ([protected]) from (karma resorts and hospitality company Ahmedabad) they came at hotel ramada gandhidham -gujarat
At the time of purchase they offered us 30 nights including breakfast & dinner for 7 years period national &international 4star & 5star resorts
Also they offer 4N/5D fully paid goa trip including to and fro air fare from ahmedabad to goa for 2 adults and 1 child and air port transfers atgoa air port and breakfast, lunch & dinner
Also they offered air tickets booking anywhere in india forRs.1899/- including all taxes for 2 yearsperiod
Also they offer membership cost Rs.106131/- on my credit card for 36 EMI But my Emi arededucted with interest and GST oninterest and total amount is more than 128500/- For this mr.shishir told me that after 3 Emi your allinterest amount will be cashback intoyour credit card account, and you will be cost onlyRs. 106131/- We have all call recordings for the same with us as a proof.
After 4th EMIwhen cashback not received in my creditcard account we try tocontact mr.shishir but he not responded our calls, while wereach to theirahmedabad office, office person divyaraj told us that company isnot liable for cashback your interest amount, also he informed us that your membership is only for 30 nights stay with in india only notinterenational and complementry goa trip for 3 nights only, air tickets are notwritten in your membership. We told him that companyrepresentative Mr. Prakash([protected]) Mr.shishir([protected]) Mr.parthjani([protected]) Mr. Vivek([protected]) at thetime of purchase told us that you please finish company verification call whatever they ask just agree that and takeyour Id and passwordand creat your account, after that whatever we offer you we will add in your account. Now theyare not receive mycalls and not answeredme and company said that we fired them from company. Now we are asking for our money backrefund from company hence we have not taken any company service, we have paid total credit card amount including interest Rs. 113677/-but company is not answering our callsreply, they are ignoring our calls, we try to contact company owner Mr.Alpesh ([protected]) for our refund but he also not answering our calls. We have file police complaint against them for our refund. police give them notice to come at police station gandhidham but they are giving excuses and not coming to police station.
We are in very much stress and day to day our mental condition going depressed due to this company, you are our last hope to get our money back Kindly do the needful for the same.

Same thing happened with me. This company is frod.

Karma resort and hospitality is big fraud company. They don't give any services they do fake promises and keep changing their company name. Don't get into their trap. They did the same with us.

I have been cheated on terms and conditions by azar and satyam's team at karma.
Their director alpesh rao and hriday solanki are giving a deaf hear and it has been 25 days without a closure.
When i went to their office, satyam creeped me out. He made sure i am uncomfortable and agree to what it is.
I need cancellation of the membership and refund of 101, 000

Hi, We have been harassed by Satyam and Azar on a misselling and have paid extra 22k due to their internal fights.
I am patient of depression and they are finding new ways to harass me and force me into taking steps that can impact my family.
They told me a 10-15 T&C which is different from what Azar and Mefuza told us in Courtyard Marriot.
They are just lying and torturing me to give up. I have spent my hard earned money with an intent and they are misusing that money.
- I would like to cancel the membership as a resolution and an apology letter for the harassment
