I took a loan from Safe Money, a loan app from Karthis E-commerce Pvt Ltd due to a dire payment situation I was facing last month. It was ok in the beginning and I paid back loan amounts time to time. But suddenly I started receiving recovery messages and calls on phone and whatsapp. Each time they would tell that I need to pay the amount in full before due date. I paid the amounts as soon as I could. On Friday 2nd June 2023 I received a call on WhatsApp claiming to be from recovery team of Safe Money and he said I need to pay all the outstanding loan amount to Safe Money, Karthis Pvt Ltd. He said the amounts will be posted in 24 hours. He even shared a morphed image of me and threatened that he will post it on social media if I did not make the payment then and there. He had details of my loan accounts, my social media accounts, my contact list and my PAN Card. I paid him the amount under pressure and distress as he kept calling and harrassing me. After 24 hours when payment didn't get posted I contacted him and he said that I can do what I want he will not help me. I immediately notified my UPI apps of the fraud and even notified my bankers. Safe Money application leaked my confidential information and continues to harrass me by calling me and threatening me. I have filed FIR in Cyber Crime cell as well but feel that this needs to be brought to court. Also, I received a notification from my phone's antivirus that Safe Money was trying to install a rootkit in my phone that would again give access to my information to Safe Money. I have uninstalled the app now and seek redressal for this harrowing ordeal. Please help. I need my money and peace back.

I’m getting random SMS’s and whatsapp messages from this so called company Karthis E-Commerce Pvt Ltd. They are threatening and harassing me to pay the amount .which I haven’t received any money as such. Please help me out from this disturbance and I’m getting messages that they will call up my contacts and family members. Also, they are mentioning different loan provider names each and every time, like Easy Loan, Easy Money, Rupee Tap, Lucky Rupee etc…

I have received several massage and Whatsup massages from various numbers saying that I have overdue my loan repayment. But I don't take any loan from them. So please help me

I have been receiving messages from Karthis Pvt ltd to pay the loan amount, I haven’t taken any loan from them. They are telling me to make the payment from a link. Also, I’m getting messages in WhatsApp to download some third-party apps and make payments.

Karthis pvt. Ltd has been sending messages and threatening me to pay the loan amount which i ddint even take. . .please stop this with immesiate action Loan fraud

Continue threatning and harrasment text messages and watsaap messages coming to me from karthis pvt. Ltd and from different international numbers that you have to pay loan like rupee, easy cash, lucky coin to avoid penalties.. The loan which I haven't taken

I have received several WhatsApp messages from various numbers saying that I have overdue my loan repayment and they will contact and punish my family and friends. But I didn't take any loan from them and also I don't have repayment left.
I have submitted a written complaint at National Cyber Crime Department, Government of India and they are looking at this matter. I am so submitting a complaint to you for taking legal action.

I am getting fake messages to repay the loan amount of 5900/- which I neved taken from this company. They are continously sending threating messages to repay the amout. I have never taken any loan from this company. Also, I have checked my bank statements and there is no such trasnaction available. Help me to solve this issue.

This fraud company has been harrassing me from the past 1 week to pay them money, which I have never taken from them and moreover they are sending me normal text message and also on WhatsApp, even after blocking few numbers, they are sending from other numbers.

I am getting a random messages on WhatsApp n normal sms stating that I have taken the loan from cashnow which i have to repay today as it is a due date...i am getting a threatening messages stating that if i fail to pay i will be legally called to court or they will call my family members to repay the loan...as i have not taken any loan from such company plz take a strict action against this fraud as it might cause a serious problem to the people..as the person can get panic n pay the amount please take this compain as priority and take action against this fraud

While i haven't received any money either i haven't applied for loan, i have just checked from my phone and it's showed that 15k approved but when i saw the tenure and intrest high i din applied either i haven't received any money. And last 2 days they are keep sending messages that will take legal action against you. I[censored] don't pay loan and overdue. From different no from around the world specially from Africa.

They are sending watsapp and normal messages that I have a loan due today if not paid then they will contact my family...
As I have not taken any loan from such a company please look at it and get it resolve as they are threatening me... Please help sir
