Sending message from random mobile number through whats app with contacts of [protected], [protected] and sending messages to pay loan. For kind information i didnt take anyloan from any apps like

I have not taken any loan from Good Rupee apk but I'm getting random SMS'S from so called company KARTHIS E-COMMERCE PVT LTD they are threatening and harassing me to pay the amount which I haven't received any money as such and I am getting messages that they will call up my contacts and family members. EVEN THEY ARE NOT HAVING APP ON PLAY STORE AND ASKING TO INSTALL APP MIGHT BE A PHISHING APP.

However I have not taken any loan from.
Already my mother is a depression patient due to death of father.
If someone come and mentaly harasses.
In this matter if something happens to my mother then I will suite against them
Then I need to file an FIR against.
