Samsung guru1200 phone RS848(COD MODE).order date 19/02/2017. mobile phone is delivered on[protected] MOBILE PHONE IS NOT WORKING NOT BE START AND MOBILE BILL IS NOT BE DELIVERED. I HAVE TRIED ON KARTSHOPO EMAIL ADDRESS BUT CANNOT BE ANY RESPOUSE AND CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER IS NOT BE MENTION on side PLZ RETURN THIS PRODUCT AND REFUND MY MONEY. MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected]...

After seen online site i ordered a mobile phone from kartshopo.com but this mobile is not in working condition not even switching on my order no. is R[protected] and delivering no.[protected] and amount that i paid is Rs. 799/- and tried many times to recontact to company care but there no option to connect. Even I mailed to company site but till date I didn't get any response. so please help to get money back from this fake site....
