I have not recieved my driving licence even after completing all the test it has passes 2 months since I did not got any information regarding my licence I've asked the Tiljala post office, KASBA RTO, NASKAR MOTOR TRAINING SCHOOL. Every one asked me to go to beltala rto now I'm helpless and reckless to do anything..

I had purchased a new Yamaha FZ 250 on October 2021 after paying all requisite fees and statutory govt fees(Transaction slip with doc no attached for your reference) vide transaction id [protected] for Registration No: WB06V7942.Till date i have not received my physical RC/smart card and upon visiting RTO and Showroom they are saying that RTO cannot give physical smart card/RC due to some problems and the same thing is going on for nearly 10months.
When police on road who are not equipped with Mparivahan inspect my papers i am unable to show my RC and bear fine or pay bribes which is not done,
I am amazed as to how the money paid by me for my smart card has not been realized till date and govt. is not monitoring this kind of scam by WB Govt. RTOs
