I ordered lehenga with stitched blouse from Instagram page classiest clothing as per proper conversation but I received unstitched blouse and the lehenga is not expected as shown in image .so I am trying to call and msg them on Instagram and WhatsApp but they are fraud not responding so wanted to file a strict complaint against the business ....

Below are the details of the order:
- Order Number: 9986
- Product Received: 1. Lime green jumpsuit 2. Lime green coord set -three piece set 3. Marine blue off shoulder coord set
- Product Ordered: designer partywear lengha
- Original Price: 2650
- Parcel received Price: 2518
Also the phone number [protected] is not valid i guess because i tried calling and it showing invalid

Wrong and unstitched product delivered and not responding to return
I ordered a lehenga with they delivered in wrong color and unstitched. Now they are not responding for return and refund. Please help. Order ID[protected]

Cheats, selling wrong product through Instagram

Had purchased a dress online via Instagram, Insta handle name her_style_mantra
Payment was made via GPay and after payment confirmation, received the attached invoice on WhatsApp. Regular shipping updates were also received on WhatsApp. But the product delivered, within 5 days was not as per the description. It was a semi stitched incorrect color product and when the complaint was raised via Instagram chat, they suggested the product will be returned and refunded within 15 days. Have been following up with them since Oct 12, they stopped replying all together, they've restricted comments on all their posts so others can't be informed either. Until the payment was made they kept following up on insta dms and now when I'm following up for refund confirmation, there's no response. So far there has been no confirmation on the return or refund amount.
Pl help me to get the refund or the correct product that was ordered.

I ordered a xxl size dress from Kasturi fashion from Instagram page zara fashion studio. They delivered me wrong sized fake and defective product. Now they not responding or answering me for my refund. All their numbers are switched off and not responding.

I order a dress on hatke fashion page on insta but got a different nd cheaper quality dress I asked for refund they said it took 15 days but now it’s around 1 month nd they stop responding after dat even their contact no r fake never connect I tried so hard to reach them but everything waste

Same happened with me even price was same they said we return nd refund but now not responding plz take action against them .
Similar experience for me.. They are frauds.. And scamming people.. Not responding to messages

I have ordered 1 suit from kasturi fashion,...4
But the order was little different from the reel I saw on the Instagram. And also size was too loose for me.
So I texted them and asked for return and refund. At the time of ordering she was very sweet that after receiving you can text me if you have any problem so I did so she asked what happed I replied and then she said ki return request daal di hai 15 days me return hojayga.
Then i asked about refund so she is continuously ignoring me (message left on seen) and after that I have send tons of messages then too she is not replying to me.
I am really disappointed by such behaviour.
If someone reads this and had faced the same situation then please dm me on insta: preet_ambani and we will discuss about it and let those scammers say goodbye to their business forever.
