I have ordered one chikankari kurta from this site which was prepaid . They send me the order no 2302 with no tracking id and other information. I messaged them but they responded only once said they will ship it in 2/3 days after that they stop responding to my messages . I been one month now and there is no delivery and any other information of the product. They are fraud and fake . I want my refund back from them . They are cheater.

I am writing this complaint to express my utmost dissatisfaction and frustration with your website, which I have recently discovered to be a fake and scandalous online store. I placed an order on your website for 2 Kurtas on 10th Sep, 2023, and have yet to receive the product. Not only have I not received my order, but I have also been met with complete silence from your customer service team despite my numerous attempts to contact you.

When I initially made the purchase, I was under the impression that your website was legitimate, and I trusted you with my hard-earned money. However, as days turned into weeks with no sign of my product, I began to realize that I may have fallen victim to a scandalous scheme. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and utter disregard for customer satisfaction that your website has demonstrated.

To my dismay, my attempts have been consistently ignored, further solidifying my belief that your website is nothing more than a fraudulent operation preying on unsuspecting consumers.

Your website's deceitful practices have not only caused me financial loss but have also left me feeling betrayed and taken advantage of. I demand an immediate resolution to this matter, which includes a full refund of the money I paid for the undelivered product and an explanation for your company's scandalous behavior.
Furthermore, I will make it my mission to spread awareness about your fraudulent business practices, ensuring that others do not fall victim to your fake and scandalous operations.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Kayanjali. After spending nearly 5k, this seller didnt not send two of my kurthis which I ordered on October 8th. I have followed up atleast 20 times and they didnt bother to respond most of the times. They have been saying will send this day or that days and it's been over 2 months. Now they are not responding to any of my messages....

After sending them the price they not even responding to my messages.. didn't send me dispatch details.. more than 12 days over after the payment..
I want my money back or i want assurance from their side about delivery details..

Think it is fake site.. never buy products from them.. they will cheat you after receiving the payment

I had ordered 2 kurta and pant sets on 28th June. They were supposed to dispatch it in 10 working days .
It’s over 45 days now and there is no update from their end. I am forced to think that they are a fraud company running on Insta.
I have reported them on Insta . I see so many customer complaints against them.
I paid 3887 and want a refund if the products are not coming.
Kindly help.

This page on Instagram named KAYANJALI sells Chikan suits. I placed the order on 22nd May and till date she has not send me the order. She has blocked me on Instagram. And does not even respond to my messages on WhatsApp

I ordered a yellow color kurta on 24th may from their instagram account and its been a month but still not delivered. Before purchasing they were very active in replying to my message however once I made the payment they said within 10 Days i'll get shipment details. and now when I call them they don't pick the call, also disconnected automatically seems fraud no. Only accepted whatsapp messages, reply to me on instagram or whatsapp.

Totally a fraud company and that's why most of the time, they keep comment section off on their post so that people don't can't comment and share their experiences. I want my payment back of 1098 rs. Day before yesterday they replied which order mam? Lol if you are not aware then why you are taking orders and payment from customers.completely fraud company no idea how instagram given them authority to sell online.

Fraud company! Doesn’t reply to messages after payment is done! It’s been over a month since the day I placed the order but I am yet to receive my order

Totally fraud. They do not respond and ask to pay money first and then confirm the order. They leave the message on seen and now I think they even blocked me. I need the refund but I don’t think they will send it back because they are absolutely fraud. Its been 8 days since I placed my order and no update of dispatch or shipping. A strict action should be taken against them legally....

I have ordered Chikankari kurti from Kayanjali through Instagram page on 21st of May 2023. They asked me to make the payment INR 999/- . Same day i made the payment and they acknowledged the payment as well.

Till here everything went well they were quick to response. Once they received the payment there is no update about the delivery . Its 10th June 2023 they are not updating the order status nor responding to the messages, I feel cheated.

Their Instagram page disabled the comment section we cant comment as well. This has to stop else they keep cheating people.

Please look into the matter and take action.

Hi I placed an order of 1199rs via kayanjali Instagram page . They asked to pay in advance . I paid and then they texted the order is booked after 4 days . And since then the page is unresponsive on their insta and WhatsApp account . They are frauds..almost a month has gone by and I haven’t recieved any update from then. I am trying to call and everything but no response.

I ordered one kurti from Kayanjali a page on insta on insta on 23rd March 2023. Till date i have no received the piece. They asked me to make the payment via gpay immediately and also informed that as soon as the piece is shipped they would provide the tracking details . since few days i have been asking them to update about the status but there is no response. I also asked them to initiate refund if there was no intention of dispatching. Several msgs send and calls made but there is no one receiving the calls
I either want my parcel or the refund.
This page seems like a fraud because they have restircted my comments to any post.

Ordered 2 kurtas from their website and paid 1499 on 14th March. After getting reply that dispatch will be 7-10days, contacted again after 10 days regarding order status. WhatsApp respondent was extremely rude and did not provide any information on order status. On asking for refund, she said we won't give any refund! Spoke very badly and told me not to MSG before 15 days. After 15 days, she stopped replying to msgs completely!

This site is a fraud. I paid them 1199 for 1 kurta. They haven't delivered even after 20 days. The worst part is they aren't responding on instagram or even whatsapp.

I bought a chikankari kurta worth 2k from this page and paid the entire amount. They were very responsive to my queries till the time I paid the money for the product. They also
said they will dispatch the product in 7-10 days. However ever since I paid the amount they have stopped responding completely both on Insta and WhatsApp. The page has around 99k followers and shares customer reviews on their page so I didn’t think it would be a fraudulent page. Please take some action.

I ordered a chikankari kurti, palazzo and pant on February 7th and paid amount through gpay. They said would share details after dispatch. Till now I haven't received any details and when I what's app they said to have patience and will get. So many reminders and messages in what's app and Instagram but still they r not responding. I even requested them if they can't deliver the order to refund my money. They r online on what's app but they don't respond. This shows they are clearly cheating customers taking money and not responding. Hope I get my money back

Placed an order and prepaid them. The person isn’t responding since 20 days. They’re not receiving my calls either. Seems like a fraud page . Spent 1800 rupees and all I’m vain . They’ve now blocked me

I paid 1400 on dec 5th 2022 and till today 03/01/23 not recived my kurthi and i asked them my tracking number they are not giving that..
