I placed an order on march 18 2024 and none of the items are shipped. The seller posts attractive pictures on the website www.kayanjali.com and also maintains an account on instagram page with fake reviews. This is daylight robbery. No response to messages or emails. I lost rs 5794.00 and I dont want any others to fall into the trap like I did....

I have order few kurtas and bottoms in October 14th at this site but after o complain 10 days back they deliver 2 kurtas and 1 bottom no response on msgs. I have ordered for 7500rs worth. I received 2 kurtas and 1 bottom worth of 3500. I have lost 4000 rs worth dresses very bad service. I will
Not leave them like that I will keep on submit complaints on them

I ordered 11846 rs kurtas from kayanjali.com…1st order i made on 10th of October and there is no update about my order… the next order on 23rd which I cancelled but they didnt refund my money and next also on 23rd… and no update regarding that also… now they don’t even reply to my msgs… i want either kurta or my money back… and refund of order I cancelled

I have ordered 3 times from kayanjali.com my 1st order was on 10th of October they said that i will get my order in 10 days but it’s been 15 days and they didnt even dispatch my order… next order I cancelled on 23rd but did not get any refund yet… 3rd order also not showing any update… and they stopped replying to my msgs since today morning…. So if kayanjali.com either give me my orders as soon as possible or else refund my 11846rupees
