I deposited Rs 32500 for 3 year ownership of company resort on 21.10.22, .On booking for a resort I was offered a hotel which my family refused, I had to hear very offensive words also. For that i asked them to refund, which is still not received...

I am the member of this club but the service is very slow he is not send the Any brochure or catlogue and no one can pic the call the not given sny response

I have 5 year membership of KBF club holidays.but yesterday I mailed to kbf regarding my booking, but I didn’t get any reply from kbf side. costumer care number is also not able to take any calls.pls resolve my problem.i am still waiting from the side of kbf club holidays....

I have taken 5 years membership from KBF Club Holidays.it was my first Booking but i have not received my kit.Kit dissipating process is very slow....

My name is Gurpreet Kaur. I have purchase KBF club holiday membership on Sep'21.

At that time they have told us that we have to pay Rs.2000 on every month as an EMI and we can book hotel it include breakfast also.

But now I am asking to book hotel and they told us we have to pay Rs.4500 at the time of check in.

They have not told us this before when we join membership and...

I received a call from delhi office and invited by kbf club holidays.
They talk me about his holiday membership and giving lots of verble offer and take the money of cash after i take the membership. He note able to book my holidays and also not refund my money.

I have mentally harass by the kbf club holidays. Please refund my money otherwise i will file...
