Kbs Travels Complaints & Reviews

I booked ticket with kbs travels at 9:30 pm, amount detected, ticket confirmed. But suddenly at 10 o clock received a message vehicle break down and when asking kbs travels he said amount will refund. But it was not refunded even after 1 month. I was continuously following kbs travels but still didn't get my refund amount 550 rupees. Don't prefer kbs travels all cheating worst travels i have experienced.

I am travelling yesterday 20th June-2018. Palakkad to Bangalore on 11:40 Hrs Boarding point Chandranagar Highway. But the Bus operator ( KBS Travels) link i understand the bus 2 hours late. But upto 1:16 AM the bus crossed without stop the boarding point.i dont have any option to book another bus operator also due to midnight untime. How we belive to book the ticket through Red bus and KBS travels. Please take necessary action against the KBS bus operator and the ticket charged 1250 INR and istoped some other buses they charged 1500 INR, Total 2750 needs to refund.
