Complaint Description:
Today, on (18/11/2025) at around (6:29:16 PM), the government bus with vehicle number (Bus No: MH-05-R-1124) running on route (Route No:35 AC.) stopped at a non-designated place where no bus stop exists. The driver stopped the bus personally for a particular person, which is against transport rules and caused inconvenience and risk for passengers and traffic.

Dear KDMT Management,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the consistent delays of KDMT buses on the Bhiwandi to Kalyan route. Over the past few weeks, I have regularly experienced delays exceeding half an hour, which has caused considerable inconvenience and disruption to my daily schedule.

Despite adhering to the published timetable, the buses frequently fail to arrive on time. This recurring issue...

We are waiting on Kalyan station for more than 45 min inspite of the proper timings when we ask officials for the timing and the reason for the delay there are ignoring and even giving harsh replies they should tell the r ason for delay and the expected time we are waiting for kalyan-mohone bus and the officials at Kalyan stations are not liable to be in this service if they don't know how to serve the common peoles.please take strict action and provide some knowledge to the officials for behaving with people

On the way from Panvel to Kalyan, two consecutive buses stopped due to which the passengers had to suffer a lot

MH. 05. R. 1133 bus from kalyan to panvel is badly maintained with no single hanger. That causing uncomfortable and risky for senior citizens too.

I was travelling from kalyan station to podar international school at 8.30 pm and conducter was distributing ticket but he return from middle of the bus by passing some passenger tickets by the help of the passenger as i asked the driver two time when the conducter will come he said wait will come after at one stop officer came said ticket i said didnt have the ticket as conducter didnt came to me ao he said u have to pay penalty i told everything to checker but he didnt ask a single time to conducter is this true and take me to police station where he told me the procedure to file a compliant until that he didnt told me any about complain so i humbly request you to check a cctv fotage and decide who was the culprit as i m also a central goverment employe. And ticket checker was talking arrogantly and harrassing me is this legal or your deparment have given the rights to checking staff to behave arrogantly according to. Me any. Public servant doesnt have right to harress the people

Very irregular service on route no 4, kalyan station to dombivli station via 90 feet road thakurli. Though time table shows buses on interval of 17 to 18 minutes, but actually gap between the two services is more than a hour. Kindly display the timings of buses on each bus stop. Also provide bus stop indicator on both the direction on road. Shade should be provided at all the bus stop.

Please look into time table of kdmt bus from panvel to kalyan in morning session.
We are waiting bus from 8am but no buses and till now waiting. As per time table buses from panvel is every half an hour but from 8am to 10 am no buses and it causes difficulty to passengers to reach its destination on time.
So it's my kindly request you please do the needful and obliged us.

Dear sir, Route no 20 KDMT, Panvel to Kalyan via ustane, Midc Taloja bus is most erratic with no timing . It is common for the bus not to come even after 2 hours of waiting. The bus is always full and used by the villagers along the route. No one seems to be monitoring the bus timings as sometimes two buses come together after 3 hours of waiting. It is of no use waiting for a bus if one cannot be sure of it coming even after 2 hours, This is especially unsafe for women travelling in the bus at night as they get very delayed waiting for the bus. kindly arrange for monitoring of the bus so that it comes and goes in a relatively timely manner Regards
