Respected Sir,

I have a complaint on Ksrtc service from Aluva to Muvattupuzha . I'm waited for 20 minutes (01.40-02.00) on stop next to Palakattutazham, exactly Millumpadi. The driver saw me and he neglect to stop bus in this stop. There is no bus stop or shade from tree, so I have to stand there for 20 minutes directly under the sun. And I moved to next stop, I got next bus from there on 2.20. I enquired on conductor about this stop and he informed me there is a stop on Millumpadi.
Here my complaint is against the driver's negligence to one of the passenger who waited exactly on correct stop, and he stopped bus before that and start bus avoiding the passenger.
Kindly take proper action for this activity, and make them aware of stops on this service and importance of every passenger.

    I traveled in a Ksrtc today frm cherthala and got a SFP palakkad bus.i intended to take a ticket to chalakudy but i unknowingly said thrissur.the conductor had already printed the ticket and was not ready to change it as it may lead to loss of money frm his pocket.This complaint is actually not against the conductor, but against the system where the ticket printed cannot be cancelled and reprinted as such technical issues can lead to loss of money frm the traveller. This issue should be looked into and solved to avoid grief caused to the layman.

      There is no bus in aluva to muvattupuzha between 6 and 7 passengers will have to wait long time for buses. I not that there are many more buses to angamaly, paravoor etc. With only seeting passengers. The bus towards muvattupuzha doesn't have space for all the passenger waiting, so i request the authorities to check the passenger no and arrange more buses in this route, at lest in weekend days, friday and saturday.

        I have booked a ticket in kerala state road transport corporation bus on 4th august 2018 through online. But the trip totally got cancelled from their side with a short time informing the passengers. I did not receive the refund for the trip cancelled and i m unable to cancel the ticket through online as it is showing under completed trip.
        I contacted their customer support center for refund but the response i m getting that it will take time... Till now about 3months no result... And they are not showing any concern. My ticket details

          AT 368 KL A-2265 In Trivandrum to Nagercoil bus conductor cheeting for me. He gave a ticket 75 .I gave 100 Ruppes Reamaning. give 10 Ruppes only not give 20 ruppes give for me .He cheeting for me. Very fraud person in Kerala govt service. Kindly take action for this bus conductor.

            I am a regular traveller of KSRTC to Pathanmathitta from Trivandrum. I have experienced some diffculty in getting a good travel most times. The schedules of KSRTC buses from Trivandrum is not suitable to passengers to PTA. Before 9:50 a.m. I can get only PTA buses via Punalur, but after 9:50 until 11a.m. there are lots of PTA buses via Adoor. All the passengers would prefer buses via Adoor since the road is better in this route. Please reschedule the buses so that we would be able to get buses through Adoor at all times and not only after 9:50 a.m.

            Kerala SRTC — Ticket Refund Failure

            I'd cancelled 1 ticket on 11/10/12 & 2 tickets on 24/10/12. Till now no amount is refunded to my account. I'd called the customer care many times & mailed many more.But the response was not satisfactory. Every time they say some nasty reasons. Refund amount is almost Rs.2000.I cant afford to lose such a big amount.Please do take necessary actions to make my refund as soon as possible. All the relevant details are mentioned below.
