Misbehavior of KSRTC conductor
Respected Authority,
Today while travelling 10.00 am from Edakochi to Aroor, Bus No KL-15 8391, Thoppumpady to Cherthala, i found my wallet is missing.
Before asking help to nearest passenger, the lady conductor came and asked me for money. I told that i had missed my wallet, she instantly shouted and yelled in front of many people and she told to get-out of the bus rudely. After this, she never stopped blaming and yelling, went to next passenger for ticket and continued her murmuring.
By seeing this incident one passenger near to me paid my ticket (I'm thankful for that great mindful person).
But her merciless and harsh behavior In-front of all the passengers made me feel mentally so hurt and sad.
I'm requesting the authorities to please make solution to never happen like this to any passenger. Also, please provide UPI facilities in all KSRTC s which is already established.

Refund not received for cancelled service

I booked ticked from calicut to Bengaluru TripCode: 0700KKDBNG PNR No.: K4279926 JnyDate: 23-May-2021 .The service was cancelled by KSRTC and I have not received the refund even after seven days. Tried to cancel the ticket in the website it’s showing the ticket is already cancelled. Kindly process the full refund at the earliest

conductor misbehaving with passenger
My name is mithun. I am working in a hospital in bangalore. I really experienced a very worst behaviour from a ksrtc (Kl 15 a 1928, atc 86; time 4:45 pm) conductor named ck paul from the journey via bangalore to mananthavady. actually i didn't book ticket because from enquiry a person told there is no booking available to mananthavady and plenty of seats are vacant. I choose one seat and on my way i took the ticket. Only 7 passengers were there.. Before reaching mysore i requested the conductor to close the window glass which i couldn't close properly.. Then he came and cleared that... At mysore 4 passengers get down. Then 2 passagers came and claimed it was their seat (Reserved) as per that i sat on another seat on opposite side... After 5 min a girl came and sat next to me which was her reserved seat... Again the journey started.. After 20 min conductor came and asked me ticket which he didn't see me at all in that bus. At that time i was on a call and i explained that i took the tickets from bangalore itself.. Then on very harsh voice he asked me "why are you sitting here, go and sit there" by pointing a seat... He didn't allow me to complete the call.. Again he shouted like now itself you change the seat... I feel like why he want me to change the seat eventhough it was not a reservation? I paid rs. 464/- for my journey and he insulted me infront of other passengers because a girl is sitting next to me. Does a conductor have any rights to tell like that to any passenger until or unless he got a complaint from the person sitting next to someone?
He can't behave like that because i'm paying and travelling and it's my right to sit in any seat (Except ladies seats and reserved seats).. The tone which he used was insulting and i want to register a complaint against him for misbehaving with me as a passenger.. Why i wanna change my seat when a girl comes and sit next to me? I need an explanation, why he told like that?
I travelled from bangalore to mananthavady many times but this time it was a bitter experience for me.. Its a clear case of show off infront of other passengers and i'm the victim of that.. Please take action against him...

Changing of time of thodupuzha cherthala ksrtc bus

I am a usual traveler of thodupuzha ksrtc bus from cherthala to kuravilangadu through kallara, which is the only bus i can get in the evening. Bus starts from cherthala at 4.20 pm and reached 7 pm at thodupuzha. The bus workers starts from cherthala around 4.15pm. So we couldn't get the bus most of the time. The same bus stopped its service several times due to lack of passengers and we requested for the bus several times. If the time is changed to 4.30 pm it will benefit for so many passengers. Kindly change the time of bus.
