My name is Aneesh Kumar A I booked Ticket on 22/12/2019, Trip code was 2000KLRALP, Kollur to Alapuzha, PNR No KA2564248.when i reached at the boarding point (Kollur) i got message with conductor Number, and I contacted to the conductor mob he told that BUS dnt come and start their trip from kollur he told me to come to kasargode wich is 177km distance from the boarding point, many times i complained about this too kerala state RTC for refunding the amount even i gone and given written Alapuzha Depo officer and am attaching the same for your reference ...at last they refund RS297 rupees for that and saying some excuses like they run that trip so they cant give full amount and this 297 rs for that Kilometer distance, Please do the need full, Am waiting for this refund from oalmost one year now

    On 17th january 2020 my wife was start travel from angamaly to kottayam through kerala ksrtc bus number rpk 127 - kl15 a 751 at 7.10 am

    Bus was very rush, she get seat near conductor seat, after some time conductor was started unethical sexual harassment very rashly, physically opposed and travel continue in standing

    I am already informed moovattupuzha ksrtc office through phone[protected] at 8 am on same day

    After this incident her mind was totally spoiled and not able to complete the travel and schedules.
    Please help us to complaint against him

      I had been a passenger from Trichur to Palakkad in the Coimbatore Super Fast Bus KL 15 A 176 originating from Trivandrum. I boarded the bus at around 11.30 am from Trichur bus stand. The major towns between Trichur and Palakkad are Vadakkanchery and Alathur. But when the bus reached a place called "Chuvannamannu" at 12.00 noon, suddenly it stopped in a remote area in front of a hotel "Uppum Mulakaum". The passengers were wondering why the bus has stopped as there was nobody to get down or alight. Suddenly came the declaration from the conductor "the bus will go only after lunch". Nowhere in Kerala 12 noon is the lunch time and there was hardly 45 minutes requires to reach Palakkad Bus Stand where the passengers can conveniently at their option take lunch from any nearby good restaurant. The purpose was very clear. But except a few passengers who got down and purchased some water, nobody except the driver and conductor took lunch from there. The bus started after their lunch at 12.20 pm and reached Palakkad Bus Stand at 1.10 pm.

      For the personal gains of the driver and conductor they have put the passengers destined for Palakkad in a fix who lost their time over there and also denied other long distance passengers the opportunity to have a decent lunch.

        I am a regular customer of ksrtc.Today I experienced an untoward incident from the conductor.I had taken the ticket from tripunithura to vytilla.I gave him 12rs as ticket fare(actual fare 7rs) so that he can give me 5 rupees balance amount.But he didnt give me the balance amount saying that he have neither 3 rupees nor 5 rupees which is unbelievable.The bus had started from piravom and to till tripunithura he didnt get any changes which is absolutely ridiculous.Even though the balance amount which i should get is less, I would like you to notice that this is the common situation experienced by the people.
        And please take necessary steps to avoid this kind of incident further.

          I had an incedent with a conductor on 12/08/2017 on kerala srtc pala rpc 335. From thripunithura - thiruvankulam. At 10:52:08 in the morning. I simply asked him where the bus goes even he did not reply to my question. He act like a deaf.
          I asked him again and the result was same. Then he suddenly shouted and call me eda.. Poda.. Etc etc... So kindly give him a traning how to behave with passangers.. Although he is only a kid.
          Please do the needful as early as possible.

            I have booked two tickets through KSRTC Online booking, but the transaction got failed and my money got deducted from debit card of Rs.1178. I had given complaint to ksrtc online refund department. Online transaction reference number is KL1329232. Date of booking is 13/09/2016. Please help me to get refund amount to my acount.

            I booked two tickets from mangalore to kottayam and kottayam to mangalore for the 23'rd and 26'th respectively and the money was debitted from my account but the ticket was not generated. please do the needful to refund the amount of Rs.1086 back.

              This is arun, i have tried to book a ticket yesterday from sultan battery to bangalore. I got a rejection message after payment saying that " your transaction failed.. Journey ticket was not booked. Payment gateway message : pgs10001-status :0300. I have the screen shot of same and can reproduce anywhere you want.

              And by 19:17 we got an sms saying that the ticket is confirmed, by that time we already started our journey. So please take necessary action to return the amount.

              Hope a positive response from your side asap.

              As discussed with your customer support team they told to complaint with proof. Let me know how to do this.

                Respected Sir,
                I'm a traveled in KSRTC limited stop bus (RRC606) from Aluva garage to Kallamassery panchayath bus stop at 7.55am to 8.15 am date 18/02/2013.correct bus fair is 7rs. Bus conductor give me 9rs ticket by do not hear my side.
                When i question it. He use abuse language and harass me mentally and physically infront of all.. and he also do not give me bus ticket also.Please take necessary action for this harassment in public transport vehicle as soon as possible.

                Bro please keep that ticket safely. There is phone & mobile number on the ticket. Jus make a call on ny f numbers and describe the incident. They ll help u for sure !

                  Complaint:
                  This is regarding my experience while traveling from Palarivattom Pipeline (NH47) to Chammanad on[protected] in Kollam Fast Passenger [KL 15 - 8306]. When asked for a ticket to Chammanad, the conductor of the bus refused to do so and said I have to take a ticket to Eramallor and get down there. I have traveled by the same bus in many occasions before and have always been issued a ticket to Chammanad on my request. I had clearly checked the front board and side board before getting in to confirm if it was an FP or an LSFP.Since Fast passenger buses have a stop scheduled at Chammanad, I asked the conductor if the bus was a Limited Stop Fast Passenger to which he replied the bus was a Fast Passenger and not LSFP but since they were running behind scheduled time I will have to take ticket to Eramallor which is the near by main junctions! So I was forced to get down at Eramallor and take another bus from there to Chammanad. This kind of behavior towards passengers is completely unacceptable. The general attitude of the conductor to other passengers were similarly rude. Kindly take the necessary action to avoid such situations in future.
