KeralaVision had a channel called &Flix but then at 2019 it was gone... It is still gone. I paid for that channel.

cable connection not working

Haven't seen such a pathetic customer service before. Made the payment on 18th march 2020, but still my cable connection was not activated back for this month. Had done multiple calls & even wrote an email to your customer care team. But, didn't get any proper response from anyone. Don't know what to do beyond this. At least refund my money and take your cable connection back!!
Note: i will strongly ask my fellow flatmates and colleagues to discontinue from using such a terrible cable network

not given basic package of rs 130+gst

I am a costomer of kerala vision cabe tv. Now they are not allowed me to use that basic package of rs 130+gst. They have several packages of their own selection. They compelling to use their services instead of. Basic package. It is a clear violation of trai law. Please do the needful

According to TRAI we can choose our free channels other than 25 mandatory but my cable operator is compelling to take his pack in which he is not allowing my regional free channels. He had made 2 packs 1 of 100 channels which don't have all regional channels and another pack of 150 channel and there he provides all regional free channels. Here I'm forced to take the Rs170 pack and then other pay channels which makes me to pay a big amount. So pls take necessary action against this operator

Cable TV provider

This complaint is regarding the Kerala vision cable net work, we are part of HI - VISION Madappurachal, kannur Dst. Kerala. It is very disappoint to say that we are receiving poor cable connection most of the time. They are not providing the value for the money that we spent on them, every year they are increasing the price, now from April 2017 we have to pay Rs.250 per month.
As a consumer we have the right to get good cable connection for the money that we spent. We need immediate assistance on this since it is happening from past few years and these providers are cheating the consumers and charging more for the poor connection and hence poor quality channels. They are doing this just because since it is a rural area we don't have any other option o choose.

Pls update your clock that is 17 Minut slow
I'm using Kerala vision from past 8 months. Very poor signal quality and service was provided. No cable for last 12 days. Informed operator several times and once to the head office. No response found. My customer ID: NUID [protected].
Will be changing from Kerala vision. If they charge me for those days.

We have been facing issues with cable connection since more than 6 months. We are not recieving proper response from our cable operator. Even multiple emails are sent to the email id mentioned in Google still not a single response received yet. When called the customer care we came to know that even the set up box provided to us is registered under someone else.
We usually receive error messages like No signal, blurred video, issue with set up box etc. After numerous calls the cable operator made us to buy new hd set up box. Currently again we are getting error message No signal. When we try to reach cable operator he is disconnecting the calls. Totally disappointed with their service.

This set top box of KCCL is worst sometimes when power on the set top box we cannot see tv channels. Iit shows that "THIS SET TOP BOX PROPERTY OF KCCL. And I cannot see tv channels last 2 days.
