No delivery of items ordered on 4th May. No response and nothing when enquired. I lost more than INR 6000. Don't order anything from this site. The site is a scam ran from Calcutta - India, nothing in Kerala

Further to my earlier complaint here. I would like to urge people not to order anything from above online business - Keralaflowersgifts.com. These are cheats running this online store. Though the company's address is mentioned in the website as in Kochi, this is not true. I have received a call from Calcutta after complaining several times about non delivery of items i ordered for Rs6389. The person lied to me that order has been delivered. Meanwhile the person at delivery address received what'sup message asking for his email address so that they can send items by email. Nothing received till today after placing this order on 5th May. I have waited almost for a month now and realized that I have been cheated by this people. I have asked them for refund and there is no response as always. They don't answer any calls nor respond any of my email complaints on their website. I will be taking appropriate action now and will be lodging my complaint to the right central govt dept in India. I want this fraud online store website to be taken out to safe guard other people. I will do whatever in my power for this to happen.

I have ordered gift cards and greeting card worth RS/6389 for a Wedding. The order was placed on 3rd May expecting as informed on their website that items will be delivered next day or within 3 days anywhere in Kerala. These are still to be delivered and showing shipped while checking on their site but no progress made for the last many days. I have uploaded online complaints/tickets on their site and got no response. The support number on their site never answers and it always says switched off while called in. Looks like this is a site managed from somewhere in Calcutta with a local Kerala/Kochi address on the website. This is the way they are attracting customers from Kerala. I didn't know that this business is bogus while placing the order

They don't deserve even one star, they are the worse gift site in India, firstly the name is misleading they are not in Kerala, they are based in Kolkata. I was looking for a gift service in Kerala and found their site on google, Secondly they messed up the very thing they are suppose to be doing, they wrote the spelling wrong even after being given in writing, and then did not even apologize for it, I had to ask them why they messed it up for that they sent me a lousy sorry.

The most annoying part is after messing it up I could not login on their site to review them. Do not fall for the reviews that you see on the website those are all fake reviews.They are Cheat, DO NOT USE them for any gift services.

I ordered 7 items from https://www.keralaflowersgifts.com/ and only 3 items were delivered. Its been 9 days and still no delivery. I tried to contact the numbers mentioned on the website.
The one mentioned on the top of the website ( [protected])was switched off all the time and the number in the contact section ([protected]) worked once. The number mentioned in the receipt is kolkata number ( +[protected]) which is not vaid. Filed a complaint in their website and no reply. No refund, no delivery, no communication.

My cash deduted from acc.. Still no news of delivery
I have orderd a cake and flower from this online shoppie... They didnt respond after that.. The only phone number they have given not working
Email generated are computer generated... The order status was pending..
(I paid using credit card 1040).. And there was no option for refund also... Waste of money

I have ordered a 1Kg Black forest Cake worth INR.990/- on 14.11.2016 through www.keralaflowersgifts.com online shop to delivery on 20.11.2016 as per Order id HKfg[protected] and on this date they dropped a mail and said due to some unavoidable circumstances order will be delivered on 21.11.2016.

But received 1Kg Chocolate Cake on this same day 21.11.2016.According to my knowledge we can buy this type Cake from the corner shop worth INR.400/-

So kindly request to take a immediate action against this Online site before cheating more people like us.

This is to caution you all who wish to use this website to send gifts to your dear ones. I have ordered for gift to be delivered in the List A city (according to their website) in Kerala few days back. I got a confirmation mail for my order and later on a separate mail which asked me to pay Rs.330 extra as delivery charges as the address of delivery was far off from there office. I had made the payment online that day itself but due to some problem in the connection i didnt get the second order no. Since i was not sure if the payment was done or not, i mailed them asking for confirmation of the payment. No one bothered to answer. From the next day i mailed them again and again to ask for confirmation of the payment and they didnt even care to reply. Today being the order delivery date i have been trying to contact them on [protected]. Then only i came to know that this is an online fraud company who doesnt even know about the business that they are doing. This is the first time in my life that i m sseing a service provider company has a customer care number updated on home page of the website which is not working. Then i tried mailing them multiple times today to find out the status of my order for which i got responses as below. First response was that my order will be delivered today and i have to just give the second order no after making the payment. Also they had given 3 contact nos to contact the customer service where i tried on one of them. luckily after waiting for 5 mins i got conncted to an agent who told me intially that my order is showing status as "Shipped" so it would have been delivered by now. I told him thats not the case. Then he put the call on hold and after waiting for 10 minutes told me that they have manpower crunch because of which they would be able to deliver the order tommorow only. And they vouch themselves to be an online company which commit to do a same day delivery. The experince has been really pathetic and surpirsing that how can a company give false promises to allure the customer and when the time actually comes to service the promise, they just raise their hands and say "Sorry". An honest appeal to everyone who would risk the chance of purchasing from this website again... If you really care for your loved ones and want to gift them with something special on the occassions of your life, think again.. Keralaflowersgifts is not the right place for you. Also if anyone can help me in filing a consumer case against the company for fraud and cheating, pls help me. Though i have forwarded the case already to 2 of my friends who are law graduates. I ordered a birthday gift to be sent to one of my relative in India through the KeralaFlowersGifts.com site. The order id is HKFG-[protected]. The payment was also deducted from my card. But the gift did not reach my relative. I tried calling the customer service at[protected], but the numbers does not exist. It is a fake site and I am surprised the site is still up. How to initiate legal proceedings against this site. I don't want others to suffer like me.
