Low voltage problem

We are living here from last 6 years. We are facing problem of low voltage during summers every year. This causes ac, frij, fans not working in proper conditions or sometimes just stops working our bill amount comes the same if we use luxuries with same condition i. E low voltage. Children are main victim for this situation. We get only 130 to 160 of voltage all day.
If we complain for the same to the department located in naveen nagar employers sender by the department comes and just check the lines and returns back this act of employers is done from last 6 years..
We are frustrated from last 6 years and here we are complaining online for the first time. If response to this letter will be not received by the department i assure you to tweet mr. Cm and complain this publicaly all over the nation.
So solutions i can see is that we to change the transformer of our area which is placed near mariumpur sen sec school ; shastri nagar kanpur. I already captured the proof for complaing on this site.
Kindly need the positive answer for this letter.
And hope the solution this problem will be solved soon.

What should kesco do after temporary connection agreement is over

My temporary connection was from 1/8/16 to 31/12/16.
after 31/1/17 it was the duty of the kesco to disconnect the supply and make the final bill but they didn't done it
on 25/2/17 they inspected my factory, they found everything ok accept that temporary connection agreement was over.
they are taking penalty from me under section 135
they have not done there duty of disconnecting supply and making final bill and saying i am guilty of section 135.
i request you to look after this problem and tell me is this right or wrong if wrong give me the actual procedure along with the duty of kesco after temporary connection agreement is over

65 days without electricity

Greetings of the Day!
With due respect the applicant wish to bring into your kind notice that we, the residents of 84/32 Watch & Ward Hata, Kamla Club Kanpur-208012, have been living without electricity for 65 days. This campus belongs to the property of J K Jute Mills Co. Ltd. and all of the residents were allotted their residences for living of being the employees of J K, and all the basic amenities like water, electricity, etc. were provided by company itself.
But, since the company's charge has been undergone to the new owners of J K, The Sarda Group, all the basic civic amenities are blocked, thence approximately 400 people are being affected.
We have applied for separate meters for electricity in KESCO but they denied to fix, then we requested to the Managing Director of Kesko, again we failed to get the relief. He denied on the behalf of private property campus and said if you people can purchase a new transformer of worth @ 500000/- then I can think of it ! then we approached to the District Magistrate of Kanpur City, but no where we are heard, we also approached to our MLA Mr. Irfaan Solanki (SP) from Sisamau Legislation but we could not find the solution.
Although we have shown them the order of delhi high court in 2010 mentioning that electricity is essential part of life and without NOC of landlord the electric meter can be applied for, but still we are forced to live in darkness. Thus the studies of students and scholars, the health of people, earnings of service class and so on, are badly affecting and if the situation continues any tragedies like theft, loot, robbery, or any mishappening could take place.
Therefore We request you to please look in to matter and resolve it on the basis of our faith in you. Sir, You are the last hope of ours.

I am trying for paying of my outstanding bill online from last 3 days but kesco server is not working
Meter reader has generated 14 bills for different consumers of G. D. Apartment Saket Nagar but my bill has not been generated.
Please give me bill at the earliest so that I may be able to pay my bill.

Wrong electric bills, Arrears and Additional payment forcefully by RC

Sir,
I, Shiv Balak Gupta s/o Sri Jhapsi Gupta, resident of 128K/133A Yashoda Nagar Kanpur, was exhausted & disturbed too much by receiving incorrect or non-improved electric bills. I have commercial electric connection No. 008310 and A/c No. 33115965. On dated[protected], bill of Rs 38794/- was adjusted to Rs.30984/- by one time settlement program which was deposited instantly by cash & hoped for next improved bill. But again, incorrect electric bills were received with arrear of Rs 7810/- monthly. Then again bill of Rs 45841/- was settled to Rs 35907/- by Sujatganj Sub-Station on dated[protected] then partial payment of Rs 18700/- was deposited by cash immediately. On dated[protected], again received Bill of Rs 60566/- and disconnected my electric connection from[protected] to[protected]around 6 months). Then after, I was received RC of Rs 64224/- issued by KESCO on[protected] so the same amount has been paid on dated[protected] by cheque and also recovery charge of Rs 6428/- by cash. I had lodged complaints several times but always give assurance to be corrected further but again incorrect bill with same arrears was sent to me till now (i.e. No improvement in previous bills surcharges, arrears & settlements). In fact, total actual electrical bill was calculated from dated April-2010 to June-2013 and that was found around Rs 48071/- and I had already paid amount of Rs 82924/- (i.e. excess payment of Rs 34853/-), but KESCO officers had denied to make either any adjustment or improvement of arrears, surcharges & incorrect units.
In this way, the applicant was too much harassed by KESCO management, staff threats of disconnect the connection, always misbehaved & non-cooperative with me. So please help me and I shall be kindful to you.

bill for october — additional payment
I am card holder no.[protected] .I am using your card from the last more then four years.Receiving the bill of Rs3221.80 very shocked. You have given the charges Rs402.82 as finance charges and Rs.400.00, towards the late payment.I have cleared all the dues to you agent with in time with cheque, and your receipt n0.0098034and AB 0001961 for Rs.7374.oo is a confirmation towards the payment. You r requested to please settle the bill, otherwise I will sent the credit card, and make the only payment which is due towards me.Thanking you, One thing is more, till date, when i received the card, no point credit was given to me, and not give was given to me . Low Voltage

We have been facing the problem of low voltage supply since last 10 to 15 days in 8 Block Krishna Nagar. Throughout the day voltage is 140 v and in evening its 170 v. So kindly look into this matter and sort out this inconvience faced by the public.

With due respect i pawan shukla s/o urmila shukla wants to inform u about a nonsence created by some of your employees who are at surveys to supply a new electronic metre connection, they have replaced my old metre to new electronic one that sounds good coz its mandatory from kesko but the problem is that they have done something wrong with the old metre and marked it as default which was absolutely good and sealad in my knowledge, but they gave a slip mentioning new connection and signed by my mom who dont know anything about that ,they forced my parents to sign a paper , i was out of home therefore i didn't get any thing about it,they have given me time til 4:00 p.m 7 june 2011 to manage some money otherwize they wil make it further complicated..as they said to my parents .
I therefore request you to please take a necessory action regarding this prob.....
My all bills are paid and accurate u can cheack your record...

KESCo — Incomplete and wrong info in VOTER ID CARD
Dear Sir/Ma'm,I would like to draw your kind attention towards my Voter ID Card in which my name spelled as Chetan Annd, where as I have mentioned my full name Chetan Anand Misra and my father's name as Rajendra Prasad Misra, which is shown as Rajendra Prasad. Date of Birth given in that XX/XX/1978, where as it is 10/08/1979 as per the records. My Identity Card No is FPP7352826
KESCo — electricity supply is not from last week
my name is manish kumaradd- L. I. G. -39 dabouli west KANPUR -208022
nobody write the complain in the kesa(govind nagar&panki udyog kunj)
both says that this area is not under his kesa sevice.
KESCo — Wrong type meter installed by KESCO
Dear Sir,My Connection number 028288 (AL[protected] is approved for 5KW load in 2008. But KESCO has installed new meter 3KW only & charging me for 5Kw connection.
Several times this have been informed to KESCO, Apheem kothi-substation & survey was done by KESCO engineer also. But till today there are no action form KESCO.
You are requested to replace meter ASAP.

KESCo — Extremely Poor maintenance
Dear sir,We live in 'Ratan Esquire', Chunni Ganj, Kanpur. The electric maintenance in this area is really very bad. There was no electricity from midnight of 18/19 july 2010, and it could be restored only in midnight of 19/20 July, 2010. It is not that only lower employee, who do not attend complaints, I feel that the customer complaint redressal system is not at all a culture in UP electricity dept. I visited the sub station here and could get the number of AE(SDO), Sri Ashok Kumar Yadav. When I called him, he just said that it is being worked on and switched off the phone. After this he did not pick his phone. This was, when the problem was already around 18 hours old.
When this could happen in a city like Kanpur and in a prominent locality like Chunni ganj, we may well imagine the plight of other places and it shows just how much do they care for their consumers.
This area is particularly prone to faults. Like again there is no electricity since around 19:30 and we do not know the duration for which it has left us.
During the recent storm the electricity could be restored here only after around 76 hours.
And the KESCO says that Torrent should not come. Well they can not be worse than KESCO.
