I canceled an order but still refund has not been done yet

I have placed a order of 4 items on Dec 21st 2022 but haven't received a item from that. I have already escalated this issue multiple times but there is no proper response from the customer care team.

Dated :23/08/2022 two items and not refunded yet..

Above mentioned two products are returned on 23/08/2022, but my refund not credited to my bank account yet ..I am trying to contact customer care executive since 13 days but not connecting .

I have returned my product on 5th August now the date is 22 nd August till now i didn't received my refund this is so ridiculous.
