This is totally fraud company. we bought the 3 years membership and still no bookings they confirmed. also pending free trip and GST which is pending for 1 year.

i am also planning to file a case against them from Ahmedabad,

pls take some action with proper legal and try to recover amount from them

Please do not buy any subscription offered by Key Resorts. They do not pick up calls. Their email Bounces and they offer us bookings at same rate what is available on other website. I have just taken 2 holidays and almost finished my points as they say it was peak time. Pritima Nikaam sweet liar who sold me subscription is absconding. My Refund of interest amount is pending since 3 months and I m begging for the same.br...

I opted for their membership in oct 2021. they promised complimentary maldives trip and also i added some more things to that trip and paid extra for those. nut now they are refusing to give me extra things. what to do now as i dont have any written confirmation. all was done verbally...

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Keys Resorts and Hospitalities regarding their unethical business practices and failure to fulfill their promises. My membership details are as follows:

Membership Payment: ₹93, 000

I entered into a membership agreement with Keys Resorts and Hospitalities with the expectation of receiving certain benefits and services as per the terms of the agreement. However, the company did not fulfill its promises, and I was left dissatisfied with their services.

After multiple attempts to address my concerns and request a cancellation and refund of my payment, the company issued a post-dated cheque for the refund amount. Regrettably, after three months, the cheque bounced, and I have been unable to contact Keys Resorts and Hospitalities since then. It appears that the company has engaged in fraudulent activities and is evading its responsibilities.

I believe that the actions of Keys Resorts and Hospitalities, particularly its owner Mr. Chintan Vaishnav and Deep Malavia, are not only unethical but also illegal. They have taken advantage of customers like me who trusted their services and have run away with our hard-earned money. Their Adhar card attached.

I kindly request your immediate intervention and assistance in resolving this matter. I seek the following remedies:

1. A full refund of the membership fee paid to Keys Resorts and Hospitalities, totaling ₹93, 000.
2. An investigation into the fraudulent activities of the company and its owners.
3. Appropriate legal action against Keys Resorts and Hospitalities to prevent them from victimizing other consumers.

FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD.

Purchase Service/Plan : Holiday package (2, 62, 000) Service promised : 5 years holiday plans and Maldives holiday package and we have paid additional 37021rs. for flight tickets to salesperson Shishir Mitra. now they are not receiving the calls and not replying on mails and as I got to know C.E.O of keys Resorts Mr. Chintan Vaishnav has been arrested and police looking for other employees. I’m also consulting with my Lawyer to take the legal action against them, who were involved in this fraud. Shishir Mitra, Chintan Vaishnav, Dip Malviya, Afrin, Vedang Vaishnav, Fraddy, Ankit and other employees these are the members involved in this fraud.
I suggest to all take the legal action against them.

I had booked Maldives free trip offered by them. They asked for GST amount which we can claim later from IT. I paid and than they said we will shortly confirm your booking. Please book your tickets once we send you confirmation voucher. This communication was done in June 2023 begging. Till date no confirmation and not picking any phone or not refunding or not even responding to mails. The membership money and GST money all together rs 3, 60, 000 has been paid to them till now.

They are mentally forcing you to take their subscription and after you pay them money they will not answer your calls and they gost you in mails and will not give you any type of service they promised. You ask for refund they denied and if they accepted that cheque will bounce and you ended up to call them and forget your money. That's how they play with you.

I have taken 3 year membership of keys resorts. They provide hotel reservations all over india when required. I have been told while being a member that I will get reservations within 24 hours of your request. I am struggling to get a reservation since last 3 month. They do not seem genuine to me now. Please take action.

I bought my membership last year and have been disspaointed with the service they are offering. They promised a lot of things, and none of them they fulfilled. After a year now they have stopped taking my calls or giving any bookings to me. Even if they give anyone the booking, they make people wait till the end moment for their booking. None of their staff or owners take your call. If they wanted to fraud they could have not started a company and be a beggar instead. I need my money back which i have not used as I dont ahve the time to call them 10 times in a day to do my bookings.

Keys Resorts and hospitality pvt ltd is the worst and shameless company i have come across in my life, its an open scam, they show us four star properties and grab our money and when you book they dont give you dates for 3 months, and when they give they charge you two folds than online portals like booking.com. Then what is the point in paying them in one year advance if you have to pay or burn points worth double the online market rates.

They are the biggest Cheater and fraud. This is scam by taking people money and run they house . I feel we all together file a complaint against them in police station . Start giving them into media . For doing scam . Once we publish this thing about keys resorts many people will come forward . Whom they cheated . I have taken membership from them in June 2022 . Arguments over 3 months they given me udaipur for 2 nights room . Which I ask them for my family one room . This member my parents also member . But now suddenly they changed the email id . Some of the phone numbers not working. Pratima nikam, afreen, riya . They have many more agents from the company . Everyday they search new person to scam . That's they deleted all the Google reviews. Kindly look into this matter .
