My challan amount has been debited from my account but it is showing payment failed....

I have paid 1, 66, 710/- as stamp duty for registration of land in Gundlupete. Transaction no. RG[protected]. My money is debited but transaction shows failed in K2 website. I have SBI payment gateway.

I paid EC fees of rupees 190for the said application number having TMPEC-72982
and TMPEC-75868 applied on 6th of May 2023 and 8th of May 2023
Kindly resolve the issues as early as possible required the said EC for documentation....

I had paid 3, 29, 940 for the registration of my new house. However, the transaction had failed and the amount has been debited from my account. Please credit my refund back.
