dear sir,
i have very bad experience with emirates post in the past four years due to the delayed services.
this time my wife is supposed to get the emirates id and i got the call from post office to confirm the address on 4 december 2010 to dispatch the id card.
4 days passed no body deliver the card and nobody answering my phone call on the concern number.
i hope you will do favourable action
