The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Emirates ID
dear sir,
i have very bad experience with emirates post in the past four years due to the delayed services.
this time my wife is supposed to get the emirates id and i got the call from post office to confirm the address on 4 december 2010 to dispatch the id card.
4 days passed no body deliver the card and nobody answering my phone call on the concern number.
i hope you will do favourable action

I trasfered IRS 30000 to my nre account #[protected], Kalyani Br. Kolkata. From Kuwait Al Mulla exchange on 24/02/2009. I attached the schreen shot of my receipt. Below details for your instant referance.
