Brought a stick of XPG DDR 4 Ram from this seller from Amazon and received a no name DDR 3 ram (probably a Chinese made) not even in a proper pakage. he refused to replace or refund the product until i call the Amazon Customer care. and somehow he has 95% positive reviews. and if you look at his seller profile everyone is complain about wrong product, no name product and used product. I'm 100% sure those 95% positive reviews are fake.

Ordered for ssd 120 gb for 1349 but i received a damaged RAM in the parcel.

purely cheating.

I ordered a keyboard and processor from them. The keyboard was badly refurbished and only lasted a few days. The order for the processor was only acknowledged after repeated queries and proof of payment. When it finally reached after two months, they had sent me an old processor that did not work.
There was absolutely no apology or attempt at damage control when I informed them about the processor.
I never bothered going through...

I ordered a mousepad worth Rs. 1700 from kharidiye.com. The product was shipped but did not reach me and was soon RTO (returned to origin). Below is the shipping details of the package to prove my claim.
After it was returned back to the seller, the order status on the website showed as completed and still shows completed to this date. It's been 1 month and 20 days exactly since I ordered the item.

They have been ignoring my messages on facebook and they don't even reply on whatsapp. I have even tried to alert them that i will complain to the police but to no avail. They just don't seem to care about their customers or maybe just me. I have not received my refund nor my item till this date and i've tried to ask them nicely about it almost a 100 times. This is simply annoying as a customer/consumer and I would like to file a complaint against "kharidiye.com"

I placed an prepaid order on kharidiye dot com for a zebronics g41 motherboard kit on 16th november 2019 which i received after 7-8 days of that order then i assembled it into my pc's cabinet but the motherboard is not working properly. It always make corruption of my any or all windows and whenever i start the pc then it asks to press f1 to resume and takes too long time to start boot after pressing f1 even after inserting brand new cmos battery or cell. Whenever i try to contact both zebronics and kharidiye_dot_com they are well trained to make a fool to their cheated and innocent customers like me. Please aware against them.
