Khed Shivapur Toll Plaza Complaints & Reviews

My name is Prashant Dilip Dimble. I stay in Pune and my village is Shivare where the Toll Plaza is situated. My house and farm is about 500 meters distance from toll where I have to cross the toll. I have fastag for my vehicle and the amount is deducted every time. I had lodged many complaints but no action is taken and the people working there are very arrogant and don't speak properly. I will not pay the toll as it is not more than 500 meters from my house. Is it legal to take toll from the person who stays near toll and needs to cross the toll everytime. Please reply to my complaint and I need solution for it. My mobile number is [protected].

Hi Team, even though Pune registered vehicles(MH12 DE6439) are exempt from toll, toll charges of Rs 100 were deducted on 21st October 2021. Requesting immediate refund.

My car is Pune registered MH12 but still i was charged Rs 95 for my journey from Pune to Satara and in return journey also i was charged Rs 95. A total of Rs 190 was charged to me which is illegal. 1st amount deducted on 6th March 2021 and return journey amount deducted on 7th March 2021. I kindly request you to refund the amount asap.

The pune residents are exempted for khedshivapur toll plaza. But these toll plaza people are keep cutting the charges of 95 rupees everytime i go. Please take necessary action and revert all deducted money to my

On 20 december i was travelling to bhor through khed shivapur toll plaza. On 10.7 am they have charged us ₹95 through fastag but the person told us that we didn't have enough balance but we already had 1060 bal on my fastag account, then he told to pay cash because there is no enough balance he took ₹95 cash from us on 10.10 am. I have linked the photo of the receipt and message of fastag. So we want to complaint about that toll plaza regarding double charge and i want my refund of ₹95.

I travel a lot from khd shivapur toll plaza. There is only 1 fast tag lane while going to & fro. The toll plaza workers allow non fast tag vehicles through the fast tag lane. The cash customers have all other lanes open to them but still go through the tag lane. I have to wait in line to pass through.
It means that there is no difference between the tag lane and cash lanes?
At anewadi toll & kini toll plaza, there is no cashier at toll counter, & a person with a manual gate is sitting at fast tag lane. He only allows vehicles with fast tags to pass through the tag lane. I pass through the tag lane within 1 or 2 minutes.
Are khed shivapur toll plaza management so dumb, that they even dont know that they musnt allow vehicles without tag through tag lane? Or they do this intentionally?
Can the authorities look in this mater? Now the fast tag is compulsory for registration of new vehicles by law.
