I had booked car on 23 Mar 2023, & sales team member Mr. Sunil kumar promised that he will provide the car within 15days & tentative date given was 15Apr2023, & later VinayakRao GM of KHT motors told, it will be delivered only last week of month, because DT premium cars will be delivered on every month end. Today is 1May 2023, still car is not been manufactured, that is very bad part being GM, he made false promises. KHT motors false promise for car delivery.

    I am Manjunath Kadirvelu writing this to let you know that I went through a horrible customer service experience when I visited one of your Jeep branches at KHT Kundalahalli Main Road, AECS Layout, Brookefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066 on 13th June 2022

    In relation to my visit to the KHT Service station at 09:30AM on 13th June 2022, the Job card was opened @ 10 AM, the car was due for a general service, informed the executive will wait in the customer lounge and get the car delivered after the service.

    I had to wait for 6hrs in the customer lounge to get no updates, I walked up to the service bay to check on my car, then the car was brought at 04:30PM to the ramp for the technician and mechanic to evaluate. I had a repeated complaint with the clutch, Clutch Assembly was replaced in my previous service due, however the this complaint was ignored.

    I stayed in the service bay to view their service, it was pathetic, no one had a clue of the issues in the car, it was concluded that the Front RHS and Dip stick bush must be replaced, which would take another 2hr from now. Another person informed me that there is a step in the disc which has to be replaced.

    Note: The service executive did not inform me that it would take long hours to address my car, else I would have planned my day by not waiting in the customer lounge.

    · Team approximately took 45 Min to perform the general service, however the service advisor proclaimed that the car wash would take 2 hrs, so we cannot afford to do it now as there is a lack of faculty concerns.

    · I had also informed the executive that an appointment which was scheduled at 06:00 PM but he was reluctant towards it.

    · The car was delivered to me at 05:45PM without addressing any complaints and washing.

    I understand that it might take a longer period to provide a service to a customer due to excessive rush but it does not justify how they denied my concern. I waited for more than 6 hours only to be told NO. Some of the employees were sitting idly and doing nothing. With much dismay, I had to return home without any solution.

    I am very disappointed with this staff's unacceptable behaviour. I am hoping you have video cam records to observe what actually went wrong that day. In case I do not hear back from you within the next 2 business days, I will hire a lawyer to sue your branch on the grounds of customer harassment and false accusation.

    I regret having been in your service station and will never be there. However, you should know how poorly your staff treats your customers. I am hoping you would take the proper initiative to offer a better customer experience in the future by hiring more professional employees in Jeep.

      I was assured that i will be getting the Tata altroz by 25th of Jan and now it is 3rd of Feb and they have not billed the vehicle and have no estimated date that when they will be delivering the vehicle.

      As the price got increase on 22nd of Jan, If i book the car from other dealer i will have to pay extra 20k for the new price.
      Facing similar issues. Did you get the delivery?

        Showroom guys are completely unprofessional. There is no customer data privacy. Delay in delivery. I am continuously taking follow up for car accessories but they are not responding though i have been there so many times. Customer has to suffer all the time. Being a lady customer - she started getting nonsense messages from showroom staff.
        Taking follow up since past 2 weeks

        Desirable resolution - somebody should come to my place and fit the car accessories at the earliest and apologies from kht staff

        Manager (Vinayka) of the showroom had called me on same day and proactively taken all the necessary steps. I am very much impressed with him. Thanks

          My car tata nano 2017 met with an accident on 22/4/2017. I gave it to tata nano service center kht motors bangalore, but the service was too bad. Fittings are not proper, scars in body and full of problems. Body work was wrongly done even the screws are missing. We send complaints to service center authority but no actions are taken by them. Please take necessary action. Amount paid for the work was rs.56776 cash payment.

            Myself Sudev, booked a Tiago (white color) on 4th of June (as per records 8th June) and received a verbal confirmation from the seller that, I will be getting the delivery within 2 months. I started calling the seller from 10th weeks onwards and started receiving replies "not yet". Finally by end of two months I got a verbal confirmation that car is in "Transit and will take another 4-5 working days". This was during the end of July'16.

            This drama continued till 16th of August, and I got a call on this day mentioning that car is available at the show room. So I asked the seller to share the account details so that I can transfer the money .Next 3 days I had to follow up continuously for the account number but the result was till 20th morning, I did not get the same. Finally I decided to walk-in to the show room and the seller as usual was not available there. After waiting for next 30 minutes, seller turned up and he told 'sir, I have shared the account number '".I just checked my email then and there, but as expected it was not available. Next set of conversations for better readability-

            Myself : I have not received it till now
            Seller: Oh.k. I will take a printout and give you sir.
            Myself : Ok.np. Could you please tell me by when I can expect the delivery?
            Seller: Sir, car is in transit
            Myself : ?????? what, you mentioned to me on 16th that car is available
            Seller: No sir. It is in transit. (chasis number was different sir)
            Some set of arguments, Finally I gave up .
            Myself: Ok, So when it is going to come ?
            Seller: 4-5 days sir.
            Myself: So can i expect it to be available in show room by 23rd?
            Seller: Yes sir, Sure sir
            Myself: Ok, please do it
            Seller: sir, you have something planned for this weekend?
            Myself: (Blank)
            Seller: I will try sir
            Myself : Please confirm.
            Seller: Yes, sir
            Finally I went back.

            I called him once again on 23rd, 24th, 25th and 26th and got the same reply, Its in transit Sir. Yes. I gave up now.

            Finally I called up the manager on 27th and he told me a different story. That, the car was available on 16th and then "while unloading' some issues happened and they had to sent it back to factory !!!

            Next set of conversations

            Myself : (Frustrated) Ok, finally by when I can get it
            Manager : Next monday we are doing invoicing .please wait till then sir
            Myself: Ok
            Call on next monday :

            Myself : Hello, so any confirmation?
            Manager: yes, you can get the vehicle by 12th or 13th
            Myself: Ok. Please cancel the booking as I was planning to get this by 9th maximum as otherwise no use for it (Reason being I was planning to travel to native on 10th for a festival and I need the vehicle for some personal reasons in native)
            Manager: Oh.k. Are you ok with any other colour?
            Myself : (frustrated). Ok. except blue or silver, I am fine with any other color
            After 15 minutes
            Manager: Sir, we have red, is that fine?
            Myself : Yes, pls. by when can I get it ?
            Manager : 6th or 7th September

            Call on 6th September

            Myself : can I get the delivery tomorrow.
            Manager: Definitely sir.
            Myself : (Relaxed), Thanks.

            Call on 7th September

            Tried calling manager : mobile switched off
            Next call to Seller
            Myself: Can i come today and collect the car
            Seller: No sir
            Myself: What?
            Seller: Blah..blah (seriously, I dont remember)
            Myself: Ok. Let me talk with Manager

            Call to Manager (Finally got connected)
            Myself at 5, 50PM: Can i come today
            Manager: Yes, pls. I will make the arrangements
            Disconnect:

            Call from Seller at 6.00PM (In bw I started from office and on the way to showroom)
            Seller: Sir, delivery is tomorrow
            Myself: what, manager told me I can come now
            Seller: No sir. Manager telling tomorrow as registration is not completed
            Myself : (blank)... disconnected
            Tried reaching Manager : SWITCHED OFF
            Messaged: SMS got delivered after 10 minutes
            From then till now, I have called him 32 times (yes, 32 times). 70% of the time switched off and the other 30% busy. and never called back till now

            6.30 PM:

            Myself : Wasted my time travelling in Bangalore traffic- booked a cab to reach fast, effort, money, mental stress and what not !!

            And from showroom front desk, I came to know that "seller" was on leave today and manager is in meeting from morning

            My question is -

            If someone is not sure, how can they commit something
            What is the point in telling false information to customer instead of telling the truth (I still have not believed unloading story )
