Kia is doing malpractices by forcing customers to buy higher variants by delaying the delivery of lower variants. I Booked my car on 18th Feb - Kia carens 1.5P Prestige through online portal and as per Public data totol bookings at that time were around 25000. As on date, they have delivered around 32000 carens and as per the booking number, they should have delivered the vehicle to me. But whenever i am checking with them, they are saying to move to a higher variant which is readily available.

I urge the authority to look into this, already they have increased the prices within 3 months of Launch.

    It's been 3 months now I booked my car i.e KIA SONET gtx+ diesel AT from Kia Noida(allied motors)but till now I have not got any updates regarding the delivery. Is there anyone who is responsible for this job to update their customer on anything after the booking?

    And are you really going to deliver it?
    How much more time is required to deliver my car?

      I tried to contact the kia team from their website and sending in a complaint and request to gather information on the various issues happening with the seltos model car. I have booked the same and want to make sure that i get a good response from them regarding the same. I do not want to run behind any executives or the service centres with thousands of reasons and excuses. But they have not responded to my queries yet. Not been supporting the customers from the very first step itself.
