I ordered two anarkali kurta from designer depot. But I got three old sarees. I couldn't reach back to them to return the product and get my money back

We have ordered kids dress from this website but two old sarees are delivered in courier.

Please let me know how we can get our money.

This is with regards to the order # KZI7765, I placed an order of Bow Applique sleeveless blue gown for 4-5 years girl worth of Rs. 1099 through COD on 20th April 2022. Same day I got a call from Surat ph.no [protected] around 4:30pm to confirm the order. I cross checked with the lady regarding colour of the frock and length of the frock then only I agreed to ship the shipment.
Later I received message with the below link with tracking details

But when I received the shipment on 24th April Sunday, it was very shocking to me to see the parcel inside. Instead of frock I received a cheap quality saree not even worth of RS. 300.
Very disappointing and very bad experience, I will never trust this website henceforth. Tried to send email to the shipper on [protected]@kidzi.in which is fake I’d. And the phone number which I received call from Surat, switched off. It is like a pre-planned fraud. Making customers fool and looting us openly. Now all the doors are closed for me to contact the shipper. Can anyone please help me to refund my money back.

I want Dress But He Send Me Saree

I ordered a dress for my daughter on 20th APR 22 and recieved the same today.
Instead of dress there was 2 useless saree in that parcel. It was 1000 rs that i ordered

I have received wrong product (3 poor quality sarees) instead of Party wear frock for Girls. I have ordered the Blue Sleeveless Embroidered Gown 3-4 years but I received the rubbish saree. It's very much fed up of this site how come the product was saree in kids website. Please try to get the refund money it's very much upset tomorrow is the function I was planned for surprise for my daughter it's really makes her upset..
