The Kidzi.in is a fake website don't buy or place order from this website or from Facebook, twitter, whatsapp and such other links. Verify the Website there is no Company information, no contact number provided, no such information that are reliable. No invoice received, no e-mail received, etc. . Totally fraud website ...

I ordered a dress for my daughter but received an old saree fraud company.
No contact number and no return address.

It's fraud company.I have ordered party ware dress but got cloth worth 100rs I have paid for 1000.
When I try to login account it's not able to login it's saying incorrect credentials where I logged in with correct credentials.

Please try to seize the company and block website and please try to find out the owner and arrest such fraud persons. Useless human being.

I ordered two dresses for my children Rs.1848 and I received a saree and lahenga cloth material of low qualities. The company is a fraud tried calling them but no one pick up the phone, later switched off.Don't buy from this company.

I had ordered a baby dress (Order ID - KZ6295) on date 11.02.2020 from kidzi.in website and I had chosen the Cash On Delivery option. I got the delivery today (Date - 15.02.2020). The delivery partner is Express Bees. At the time of delivery I unpacked the delivery item in front of the delivery agent (Name PROSENJIT BOSE-, Phone Number - [protected]) and I found the product is not matching with my orders item they send me 2 old saree. So I refused to take it but the delivery agent not accept my request and took the amount (999/-) from me.

I tried to contact with you over phone and email several times, but there is no responses.

This incident make me very angry and highly disappointed. I make a case against you in Consumer Forum. The docket number is - 3290172

Make a return and refund my amount urgently.

I have booked party dress in your site but I got very poor cotton sarees in my courier. I'm very disappointed with your services. So pls refund the amount or exchange the product and send me the product which I booked. I booked purple dress but I got old saree.

Please don't buy from this website they are complete fake or fraud. I ordered a gown got two old sarees beautifully crushed and packed as to look like a gown from the outside so that we will open and can't be returned. There is no return, exchange or refund available. And they are not responding to any email or texts in facebook.
