I bought a jacket of Rs. 4999.00 on 30/11/15. Due to defect in the jacket I returned it on 17/03/16 to the dealer and he said I can't refund the money you need to come in the next season and take some winter clothes. As he said, I went in the next season in dec, 2016 at that time I couldn't choose any clothe but i had to bought a sweater of Rs. 1899.00 just to save my money after that I went to the dealer many times but he refused me to tale some by saying I haven't time and you'll have to come next time. Anyhow i managed him to take the jeans or pant. Then on the 21st august2018 dealer (his father) indirectly abused me by saying "tumko 1 rupee bhi nahi denge chahe jo kar lo, consumer court jana h jao ya chahe jaha jao". He mentally harassed me and wasted my time again and again. That's why i came here to you, Sir.

My name is arindam datta. I have ordered a killer watch worth rs 399 by using icici debit card. That was an offer price which was sent me by icici bank and was a promotional offer. I have ordered the item on 9th october. But till now it is not delivered. Not even i got any order id till now. Dont know where to complaint. I have only a transaction id from icici bank that the amount of 399 was debited. The transaction id is [protected] towards payee ccavenue. What a bogus thing is this? This fradulent activity is indirectly supported by icici bank as they are sending the message as promotional offer. Why is killer doing such a fradulent activity though being a reputed company.?

I placed an order using the ICICI netbanking offer and a order was made on 30 July 2017.
Ideally the order is supposed to be delivered within 28 working days which is a lot of time.
Its already 6 August 2017 and the order is yet to be dispatched as I have checked on the tracker.
Since the payment was made online I can't retract my order anyway.

Please take immediate action.
