I have ordered the item on 9th october. But till now it is not delivered. Not even i got any order id till now. Dont know where to complaint. I placed an order using the ICICI netbanking offer and a order was made on 30 July 2017.
Ideally the order is supposed to be delivered within 28 working days which is a lot of time.
Its already 6 August 2017 and the order is yet to be dispatched as I have checked on the tracker.
Since the payment was made online I can't retract my order anyway.
