      Greetings of the day!!

      I would like to draw your kind attention towards the selling of duplicate beer at a departmental store near gudimalkpur and jothi nagar & jiyaguda & karwan, hyderabad
      On one fine day, we have bought a pack of beer bottles and during intake, the taste was entirely different. Then we checked all the bottles and found that one-half bottle and the quantity of remaining other bottles was inequivalent.
      Kindly take action against them.

        I am complaining about 20 ltrs. Kingfisher water jar which has got dust particles in it. This is the 2nd consecutive jar having the issue. I take water supply from a distributor named sananda in kestopur. I believe water is the most precious intake of life. And if that is not pure, then there is a big question. As a citizen it's my right to have pure and clear water. That is the reason i opted for kingfisher and no other brand though i have many other options. Request you to look into the matter.

          There is an increasing number of instances where duplicate beer is being served in this the below mentioned bar. Please do look into this at the earliest.

          The food being served is stale and there is a number of occasions where the beer is of dirty quality.

            Dear sir/mam, i am belong from guwahati, assam, i bought beer in so many times from u. A wine shop, hatigaon, guwahati, assam, but always they are selling at high price above mrp (In every bottle they are charging 10-15 rupees extra). Every customer has to to argue with them for high price of liqueur. When i asked them the reason they told me that you are the customer you can take it otherwise live this place and i told that i will complaint to higher authority of exis dept but they replied that you can complaint to your father we don't care. So what is the reason? I dont know who are protecting them.
            Please help the public from these types open corruption.

              I Booked 2 return ticket on 17 Sep 12 from Pune to New Delhi and back in kingfisher airlines flight no. IT153 and IT155 for my brother for which PNR no is EBFACZ journey days 1st Dec 12 and 18 Dec 12 respectively
              Another is for myself and my wife airline flight no.IT153 and IT150 for which PNR is EWOSBO. journey days 1st Dec 12 and 25 Dec 12 respectively
              passengers details are as follows

              Further I made a cancellation request for this ticket on telephone to Kingfisher.

              When I asked about refund the kingfisher customer care representative told me that amount will be refunded in 5 working days, After that I was told 7 working days after that 14 working days, after that I was told it will take 21 working days. Afterwords I was told that refunds are taking longer time as our(Kingfisher's) bank account were ceased.
              Then I stopped chasing them now I am in some money crises and they are forcing me to file case against them After some time kingfisher customer care no. [protected] also gone out of order.


              Till now I have not received my refund, can somebody help me to get this refund. Please show me the way.

              Fuel price has gone down but still all the Airlines are charging Fuel Surcharge and those prices are even more then ticket price. Why they always take advantage of consumers???

              Hi,

              There is a stores in Electronic city which sells Nandini dairy products. This store is in the oposite lane to Velankani office in E-city, Dodda Togur Phase 1. They have Kingfisher stickers with them that they paste on the water bottle cans of 20 litre each and sell them for Rs.55.
              This is bad and illegal. Take some immediate action.

              Hi,
              I booked air Ticket in Kingfisher Red- Flight #3146 from lucknow to pune on 25 may 09. my ticket booked id is FLT[protected].

              as i purchase ticket for my family, from lucknow to pune, but Kingfisher flight land in mumbai. and after that they travel us by car.

              If Kingfisher don’t have lucknow to pune root then why they sale air ticket for that.

              Kingfisher — fraud advertisement in Danik Jagran

              There was a fraud contest advertisement in daily paper of Danik Jagran (jamshedpur)in the last page of sunday's special newspaper dates 7-6-09.when i played the contest from my mobile no.[protected] on the same day, a reply at 11:49:09 came to my mobile from 57272 in which it was written "This contest is closed ".In this way my 3 ruppes was also been curtailed from my mobile balance and faced frustration too.This is against the ASCI code of conduct.I still have the proof in my inbox of my mobile. Iwant to sue a case against M/s Kingfisher for violating the rules of ASCi for advertising the frud ads in news paper

              Kingfisher — refund of canceled ticket

              I have not received the refund of flight canceled ticket. I received mail from them that they will refund the amount after deducting 600 rs cancellation charges. As per rule i agreed. but they neither reply nor communicate anything about that. it is now one year.

              It is very unprofessional.
              I have booked the ticket on 10th January from Delhi to Trivandrum for 18th January through kingfisher airlines over telephone , vide PNR number BQADLO , Ticket Number[protected] in the name of Mr Gulam Mir ,Flight number - IT0203 and the same has been cancelled on 18th January at kingfisher counter at IGI airport New Delhi. Till date i have not recieved any amount of refund despite the lapse of more then one month.
              You are requested to look into the matter and refund the amount at an earliest.

              Kingfisher — Theft from checked in baggage

              I was travelling from hyderabad to Bangalore on 30-April-2010 onKingfisher airlines - IT 2438 Class T. PNR no. LYEIWW . When I reached bangalore and collected my baggage, my personal lock of baggage was missing and all the things inside baggage were in turmoil.and couple of items in my baggage were missing This is a clear cut theft in the check - in baggage which has happened and I want to inform the entire staff of my company to stop travelling with kingfisher airlines. This was not expected from this premium portrayed airlines. As I travel frequently now onwards will never ever travel by kingfisher.

              Kingfisher — fraud person using company name

              hi,there is a peson name puneet khanna this person is saying that he is working with kingfisher & he is thr president in marketing department of kingfisher . he is asking us to provide the models for the company for there new calender shoot held in mauritius . he is not even giving us his visiting card .but he has send us the fake letter head & scanned visiting card on my mail id .he is saying that he has talked to mr malya directly daily n he is aggry to do the work with us .
              dis is reallly true... even i hv gone thru the same...exact wordings was said by this puneet khanna to me...
              actually I am running my own consultancy n he came to me with the requirement of personal secretary and front desk executive where he was offering sch a mouthwatering packages...for his C.P. branch in delhi.
              n when i asked him for the official ID, he said " my ID is actually hacked by somebody".
              n the same stuff was there which is written in above complaint that puneet is in direct touch with Mr. Maliya...
              he used to concentrate on girls stuff n even forced me many times for meeting...

              Kingfisher — refund is not getting processed

              Hi ,

              I booked a ticket from yatra .com of KINGFISHER Airlines from bangalore to chandigarh but the flight from delhi to chandigarh was cancelled and KINGFISHER's people called me saying that i will get refund for 3863 but after 5 days i got refund for 1000 rs and now when i call to yatra or KINGFISHER none of them is helping me.


              I have to struggle so much just to get my money

              Kingfisher — Bad service and no customer responsibility

              I would like to place a complaint through this mail about KingFishers service and hassles faced by me and my fiance during our journey to our destination in Singapore from Mumbai on the 5th of February 2011. I seek an acknowledgement as well as a written explanation from you or who ever is in charge and responsible. I had booked my tickets from Singapore to Mumbai and return with your airlines thinking that the service provided by your airlines is the best and comparable to the international class. The tickets were booked on 18th december 2010 and the seats were allotted to me and my fiance. The seats allotted were 25A and 25B for both to and fro flights. When we checked in the flight from Singapore we were told that the seats are already booked with our names. Mess happened when we were at Mumbai airport and were checking in the Mumbai - Singapore flight.
              1) The staff at the checkin counter said that there are no seats allotted to us, when i asked why is it so, he said it is because of the rush in the flight and the flight is fully booked. I fail to understand how can a ticket holder who has already been allotted seats at least one and a half months before the travel date, is told at the airport that the allotted seats are given to some one else. - is this a system problem or a human problem? I am a software professional so i dont think this problem can arise due to a software bug and i believe the staff recruited by kingfisher airlines is of the best quality.
              2) When asked for a written explanation from KF counter staff, we were told by one of your deputy service manager that we cannot get any written explanation on why the mess was done, he also said that we as a CUSTOMER should cooperate with the airlines, as you are facing high passenger traffic. I still fail to understand here what he meant with this statement.
              3) When i said ok give me the seats as i was losing time and patience, KF staff allotted seats for me and my fiance which were miles apart. one was 14B and the other 26A. Without even asking for our preferences, without even knowing who is travelling with whom and instead of being apologetic we were told to board the flight or miss it. Is this the service that kingfisher offers, Is this the reason why some one should spend money and travel with you, Is this the brand, the USP of Kingfisher.
              4) It doesnt ends here, after losing patience when i started yelling at KF staff present on the counter, he called the flight in charge or the manager named kelvin, and this guy also told me to accept the seats and said he will arrange for something after we board the flight. I asked him to confirm the same before boarding, as i already had the experience of the promises that are kept by your airlines through the seat allotment, he said to us that once we board the flight he will arrange for things inside. Thinking that this guy is from the high ranks, I also asked for a written explanation from him, and this guy even without being apologetic, instructed the counter staff to not to let us board the flgiht and said he will give us the explanation once the flight takes off. When told him that i will get this statements of his to the media, i was told that he doesnt fears the media or anybody. He also told us that he might give us the business class seats if it is available. I told him that it doesnt matters which ever seats are allotted to us as my top priority was to sit together with my fiance. Now here I want to understand, is this the training KF provides to its staff, is this the quality of the staff that KF hires, who are trained and taught to not to respect others relationships? Does KF even understand what a service is?
              5) After boarding the plane, we saw it was not only me and my fiance who suffered this mess, but it was the whole flight that was suffering the mess. Some one was allotted the wrong seats, some one was asked to sit in the seat in which any one was already seated, i even saw one guy standing while the flight was running on the run away as he didnt know where was he supposed to sit. What is the power of the customer in this whole situation? are we supposed to suffer all the time? was it my mistake that your flight was fully booked and i was asked to forget my allotted seats and sit in two different seats?

              Kingfisher — difference in fuel surcharge

              I had booked a return ticket -- Delhi-Mumbai-Delhi on Kingfisher and I was charged Rs 4150 as fuel surcharge. I had travelled one way Mumbai Delhi and the airline agreed to give me a full refund on the Mumbai Delhi ticket. But here is the catch. The airline now says that Rs 3400 was charged for the Delhi-Mumbai route and I would get a refund of only Rs 750. Can the fuel surcharge for the same route be so different especially when the base fare for both the journey is same.

                  I would like to register a complaint against Kingfisher airlines.

                  On 01/Oct/2012 I booked a kingfisher airlines flight from Bangalore to Port Blair(Andaman) via Chennai for 21/Nov/2012. But the flight got canceled. I was supposed to get my 100% refund within few weeks. But i have not received it even after 4.5 months.

                    I (Uttam singh Sajwan) booked two tickets (Ticket no[protected] & Ticket no[protected] on 16th oct 2012 on the name o[censored]ttam singh sajwan & Neelam from chandigarh to Chennai. which i cancelled in the month of Nov 2012. The travel date was 11th dec 2012. When i cancelled my tickets the customer care executive said that my ticket amount (Rs. 8,988) will be refunded with in 15 days. But till date (07th March 2013) I didn’t receive any refund from them. I called up customer care on [protected] in the month of Jan 2013 & Feb 2013 every time there response was you will get ur refund by this month end. which never happened. I asked them to give me further numbers where in i can call and ask about my money. There was no response about that other than an answer by this month end it will be refunded. Please do help me to get my money back.

                      We are unable to cancel couple of Kingfisher flight tickets. The reason for cancellation is the flight has been re-scheduled by more than 8 hrs. And there was NO intimation that was provided to us. It has been a week since we have been trying to contact their call centre, office. There is no response from the call centres. I guess there isn't anyone at the office to pick the calls. And their office on Cunningham road is shut.

                      When one visits the KF website from where tickets could be booked, it says contact the customer care for ticket cancellation. And again there is no one answering your calls at these centres. We have highlighted our grievance through their web portal but I'm not banking on receiving a response.

                      I am now confused now as to how to proceed further. Please advice.

                      Dear Sir, I called customer care at 0700 am to cancel the ticket to My travel agent at make my trip wher i was informed that i need to contact Airlines. I called up customer care Kingfisher to cancel the ticket and to inform that i am not traveling. However, My call was on hold for more than 30 minutes and call was disconnected. I asked about the cancelation charges where were not informed and call was simply disconnected by Agent Name ( Mahima). I found all agents were sleeping and they were not in mood to work. I need full refund as this was harassment.

                        Did not receive refunds for my international flight which was scheduled from london heathrow to new delhi on 10th July.
                        Flights were cancelled long back and i applied for reunds in the month of april itself .Its been more than 3 months now.Moreover i have reached back to India through some other flight .Waiting for my reunds till date!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                          Am Anthony, i had to book the ticket from Delhi to Goa, on the booking counter there is one no who is polite or not even a welcome or hello smile. they behave as i have come to ask some money from them or not as a customer. That's very surprising is this KF teach while training, or no one is there to monitor they or the monitor is worse than them.hopeless

                            Most of the shops in mumbai at shivaji park(, Maharashtra) are charging more than the MRP listed on Drinking water. I am a loyal buyer of Kingfisher packaged drinking water. However, the local shop-keepers charge more than the listed MRP on the drinking water bottle, stating they have refrigerated it. Why should the buyer pay anything more than the MRP?

                            i pay 100/-per jar.

                              I had purchased a Kingfisher air ticket from Patna to Ranchi depart date 16 March. 2012 at 14 :20 hrs with reference no. [protected] and airline pnr no FWEFVL, through your YATRA.COM. But due to some reason flight was cancelled . Kingfisher Airlines Executive told me that this full amount will be refunded from Yatra in your account and he cancelled the ticket and put stamp on e ticket.                                 i am ticket booked 19th jan2012 amount 11456debited but ticket was not conformed due to ibibo to airline miscommunication that is why my ticket automatic cancelled but i dn"t known ticket auto cancelled .i am went bharuch to mumbai airport on 23jan at the time only i known my ticket was auto cancelled. Another one my amount not transferred to ibibo to kingfisher but till date my amount not recovered.;

                                  charging more MRP
                                  Sir,

                                  I am living in SPIC Nagar, Thoothukudi.TASMAC liquior shops in Mullakadu, next to SPIC nagar is charging more than the MRP on beer Items. The rate indicated in the label is Rs.65/-(MRP), but they are charging Rs 75/- per beer bottle. Recently the T N Govt. has rounded off the prices in order to avoid the employess not to take the balance amount which they refuse to pay back to the customers and to increase the revenuve to the govt. All the efforts taken by the Tamil nadu govt, is waste and the employees are charging again excess over the MRP.

                                  When I asked the employee he said very cool that the share goes upto the top level.

                                  Will the TN govt, take any action against this day robbery. Kindly look into the matter control the same at the earliest.

                                    I booked 1 return ticket for Dubai on 31st 2011 march from Akbar Travels Delhi.As per schedule I was supposed to travel on 8th April 2011 to Dubai & on 5th May 2011 back to Delhi.When I booked the ticket I specifically inquired from the agent about the rescheduling of the flight.The agent informed me that I can do One rescheduling from each side which will be free & can be done at Dubai also.Due to some reasons I travelled on 12th of April 2011 From Delhi to Dubai after rescheduling done at Akbar travels to which I was charged Re 100/ on the pre text of service charges to which the are no issues.From dubai I was supposed to fly on 5th May 2011 but I wanted to prepone it on 27th April as my work was finished here & I do not want to stay at Dubai unnecessarily.When I contacted to the Kingfisher Airlines for rescheduling of my flight i was flatly refused on the excuse that since I have bought the ticket from the agent 7 we can not do anything
                                    and only the agent can doit.How I am supposed to get my rescheduling from Delhi when I am sitting at Dubai.The man to whom I spoke at kingfisher is one Mr Akhil
                                    who refused to help in anyway.Is it possible that nothing could be done at kingfisher office if the flight is booked through an agent.If this is the case then kingfisher should not appoint any agent and carry on the ticketing business themselve.Hope some senior official will look into this matter and train your employee to be little bit more helpful humane.As or as I am concerned this is my first & certainly the last travel by kingfisher after this experience.I may be contacted on [protected]@yahoo.co.in.

                                        6 o[censored]s from Calcutta were booked in Kingfisher Airlines to Srinagar today (30.12.10). After landing at Delhi and waiting for 2 hours to catch flight to Srinagar, including a half hour delay, the flight was cancelled. We were told that the flight supervisor would arrange for our accommodation and next available flight would be booked if there was a vacancy. The ground staff very cleverly led us to outside the airport and told us that our luggage would be delivered there. I at once sensed there was something fishy and the ground staff was trying to avoid dealing with us. I took the permission of CISF and entered the airport again after much coaxing. At the Kingfisher counter Mr Rajesh told us that they are willing to send us back to Calcutta tonight. We refused. So they said that the next avaiable flight was on 1.1.11. and they booked us on it. and they refused to treat us as transit passangers. They said they will not give us accommodation. After reaching a hotel, we searched the internet and found that many tickets are available on 31.12.10. We are contact Customer care office of Gurgaoin i,e Phone -[protected] & other coustomer care office i,e[protected],[protected] &[protected],[protected]



                                        They say your previous booking is lower class so we are not provide this ticket.As Per I know if the flight cancelled then next available flight allow for the guest in any class.

                                        But I dont know why the front desk of Kingfisher behaved this way. I am going to take up this matter with DGCA and Mr. V. Mallya. This is a complaint.

                                          NOTICE BEFORE TAKING ACTION AGAINST YOU
                                          In issue ID 262697 not resolved satisfactorily

                                          Dear Sir,
                                          I made a complaint to you on 25th July, 2010 re: serious deficiency in service, as per your promise that the Kingfisher passenger must demand the best and write to you if not satisfied. From your office Randall Fernandes acknowledged. Later Caroline Pereira, Manager - Guest Commitment kept sending me routine replies, showing her commitment to your inefficient staff rather than to the guest. Since I was not happy with her routine replies, I warned her vide my email of August 16, 2010, to which there is no response. Hence, this notice.

                                          Briefly the complaint is :-

                                          (a) On 6th July, 2010, I flew on Kingfisher (IT305) which left Mumbai at 12.40 (instead of at 11.20 AM) and reached Delhi at 14.45 (instead of 13.30 hours).

                                          (b) Because of this avoidable delay or inefficiency of your flight crew and ground staff, I missed my connecting flight from Delhi to Gorakhpur (Jetlite S2-6125) departure at 3.00 PM.

                                          (c) Jetlite realized my tight schedule and inconvenience that would cause to me because of only one flight a day. So, they endorsed me on flight IT 3635 - Delhi to Lucknow, departure 17.40.

                                          (d) Kingfisher did not make any arrangement from Lucknow to Gorakhpur by road, eventhough it accepted the Gorakhpur fare from Jetlite – which is a higher fare.

                                          (e) I do not know whether Jetlite paid you only the Lucknow fare and pocketed the difference, I am also sending Mr. Naresh Chandra, Chairman, Jet Airways a copy. If, because of your recalcitrant attitude, the matter goes to Consumer Court, I will make them OP 2.

                                          (f) If your flight was not delayed and if your staff had worked as per the norms laid down by you, I repeat, I would not have missed the Jetlite flight and would have reached Gorakhpur on time. And this complaint would not have arisen.

                                          (g) Because of laxity of the so-called five star airlines, I reached Gorakhpur, on 7th July at 3.00 PM, instead of 6th July at 4.00 PM, totally exhausted.

                                          (h) As a result, I had to hire an air-conditioned Innova and spend Rs.5000/- towards hire charges and tips to drivers to drive through unsafe UP roads in the night.

                                          (i) Not only I missed the Press conference, but other important engagements in Gorakhpur on 6th July and my local host had to incur additional expenses to reschedule the Press conference, which also caused delay in our entire program of 7th July.

                                          Put yourself in my shoes and tell me how you would have dealt with your clumsy, inefficient, highly irresponsible staff. Therefore, Kingfisher not attending to this serious lapse, amounts to cheating, and an unfair trade practice.

                                          Vide this notice, I request you once again to reimburse, Rs. 20,000/- the actual losses, as under: -

                                          1. Rs. 5000/- spent on car hire from Lucknow to Gorakhpur, including tips to two drivers.

                                          2. Rs. 5,000/- towards expenses incurred in rescheduling my Press conference.

                                          3. Add Rs.10,000/- suffering due to delay, detour, unsafe road travel.

                                          You may recover this amount (Rs.20,000/-) from your staff who bungled, so that in future they will be more responsive to customer care.

                                          Please reimburse the losses within 7 days from the receipt of this notice. If you fail to do so, I will be constrained to take appropriate action against you through the authorities governing you and claim higher compensation for further loss of time, legal costs, etc.

                                          Kingfisher Airlines — Delay in flight time

                                          I travelled from kingfisher airlines on 18th May' 09.The flight no.3636 was delayed by 3 hours and while returning flight no.3635 was again delayed by 4 hours. The air hostess in flights were not helpful, after giving them several calls they did not respond to query and finally it was told as techinical fault.The passengers were made to sit in flight before 1 hour and this resulted in much trouble to all the passengers.This is a hoping flight and this flight is running late from last 2 months. Kindly check the reason for flight delay, if customers remain unsatisfied like this we won't travel in a super luxurious flight like Kingfisher anymore.
                                          I had kingfisher Red flight 3302 from srinagar to delhi on 06/10/2009 @ 12:35 PM and that got delayed 2 hours and 30 mints. And same day i had another flight in GoAir airways from Delhi to bangalore @ 4:50 PM that i missed because of flight delay and once i arrived delhi airport @ 4:30 PM i directly been to Kingfisher counter to ask them i have another flight in GoAir from delhi to bangalore thats going to deepart @ 4:50 PM and they said you collect your laguage and we will take care and i collected my laguage and they sent me to reservation counter there i met with Miss Priya she is manager of kingfisher airlines. she said we will send you by kingfisher flight but you have to pay for that or we can rebook your ticket in GoAir but you have to pay there also and i said there is no any falut from my end then why should i pay, She said there is no our fault also and told her you give me written that not your fault and she gave me flight delayed certficate that all, even i said i want talk to your manager she said i am only the manager over here i said to whom you are reporting i want talk to that person and replied i cant. and finally i taught with airport manager Mr. chadda regarding this he said i cant help it i dont have any concern with airlines peoples. There was no one to help in this case and kingfisher peoples doesnot know how to talk with the customer. Finally i paid 3923/= to rebook the ticket in GoAir. I would like to take serious action against Miss Priya she doesnt have manner to talk with customer.

                                          Kingfisher Airlines — Delayed flight everyday

                                          Flight IT 4313 from jaipur to Delhi scheduled to leave at 1045pm will leave at 1:00 am . Apparently this is a fact and has been known to the ground team but the passengers are not informed till they take their boarding pass. SOme even missed their international connections. Apparently 2 planes have gone to France for overhauling and there fore till 19th this flight will always be delayed but customers are not informed.
                                          This flight has been delayed from delhi to here everyday for last 5 days. They keep making excuses about techinical delay by saying techincal snag. The truth is not spoken.

                                          Mr. MAllaya thanks for the garbage service to the community of a zero class airlines....goodlooking airhostesses dont make good airlines. Once I saved a patients life in a flying plane but did not receive even a letter of thanks form your company. I think snooty behaviour and arrogance are the way to path of lost dreams of failure....

I choose Kingfisher airlines due to its convenient service offered from Hyderabad to Trichy and total duration I will spending to reacon h TRICHY will be (8:30AM - 13:00PM connecting flight duration along with my grand parents aged.

                                          Please do take necessary action against Kingfisher Airlines, and let us If there is any action required on our end.

                                            Myself and my wife were supposed to travel to Cochin today (21/08/10) from Chennai by IT2481 which was scheduled to depart by 6:20 AM. My wife is pregnant and we were going for her medical treatment. We reached Airport by 5:40 AM and a Kingfisher employee helped us to carry our luggage from cab and lead us to baggage scanning area. Within 15 minutes all procedures were completed and our bags got scanned, cleared & sealed. Then he led us to a counter to get our boarding pass.
                                            The officer there wrote "6:01 AM as reporting time" in my ticket and asked the Kingfisher employee, who was guiding us, to take us to another Kingfisher executive named Silvia. She informed us that we can’t take the flight as we have reported late and there is no seat for us. I informed her about the medical situation that we were undergoing but she was not willing to hear anything from us. She was doing some other work and was also not willing to look at our face.
                                            We were neglected like untouchable and we waited before her for 10 minutes. The person who was guiding us also informed her that we reached airport by 5:40 AM. We don’t want to dispute anything but there is something called customer friendliness and work ethics which Silvia does not have. I am not travelling in flight for the first time. Last time, when I travelled in Indigo I reached airport 15 minutes before takeoff, but their employees were so happy to take initiatives to make sure that I board in that flight.
                                            This is something that Kingfisher employees in Chennai lack. Miss Silvia was very arrogant in her behaviour and was not even giving any guidance about what to do at this situation. She was not checking for any alternatives, she was not checking for any other alternate conveyance available and her behaviour was such that one will feel like she wanted to say “get out from my vicinity”.
                                            I went to airport manager for help and assistance. He warmly welcomed us, gave a seat for me and my pregnant wife and also conveyed message of relief knowing that we were panicked (This was something that Kingfisher employee Silvia would have done). We came to know from him that many passengers just like us have complained about this kind of behaviour from Kingfisher employees in Chennai Airport.
                                            I want Kingfisher authorities to take this very seriously. This is something which degrades your name and reputation. I want to list out the lose which I inquired by this attitude show off from your employees.
                                            I lost my entire money I spent for your ticket.
                                            I missed doctor consultation.
                                            My wife missed her NABARD employment exam which is scheduled tomorrow morning.
                                            I lost Rs. 22,000 by booking another ticket to go to Cochin tomorrow.
                                            I want a proper answer for all my grievances. I want to get compensated for all my loses.

                                              It is embarassing to see a Kingfisher hoarding @ Loyola College bus stop, Chennai-34, Tamilnadu, just opposite to the college.

                                              Three issues need to be put forward...

                                              Where is law?
                                              Is an alcohol brand given that freedom to advertise?
                                              It doesn't even have any statuatory warning as such...

                                              Where are ethics?
                                              It doesn't even promote any surrogate such as CD, soda, etc.

                                              And where is common sense?
                                              Why should they target students? Some of the first year students are below 18 years of age.

                                              Won't it drive your students to the bar???

                                                Let me share my first & worst possible experience with King fisher Airlines even after being a Gold Card Holder of their king club.

                                                Night mare started with Booking of the tickets for the family to Dubai.

                                                2 days after I Booked, I got the call that flight times are changed. Is that flight schedule in not informed to the airlines by DGA office in advance?
                                                I booked kingfisher over other airlines only for the time line benefit.

                                                Next, I get a email that I need to get “Ok to Board” marked on my PNR and repeated calls to Customer care revealed that I need to go to their Bangalore office ( around 25 kms away from my home) personally for the same.
                                                When I reach there, the person at counter tells me that there is nothing like that and I need not be there. ( Waste of time, money and energy) .
                                                I reach Airport on time, was booked for basinet seats (I was travelling with Infant).
                                                I have to ask the base crew for the lounge voucher( shouldn’t they be giving the same or enquiring about the same, whether I need the same or pax needs to ask for the same?) She says that For Gold, Its only 1 person and No guest, where in all mailers sent to me mention, 1 + guest. Are you guys clear about your own rules?
                                                What does the kingfisher expect, if I am travelling with family, one o[censored]s stays out.
                                                Anyways, When I argue for some time, she gives two. (as if a big favour)
                                                and when I board the flight, I am told “ we do not have basinet” and they are removed. Out of 3 seats, One had reclining problem and other had no TV working. ( Gosh, do you do maintenance?)
                                                One particular Cabin crew was horrible and was not friendly to kids at all. ( there were few other kids in the flight). Food was Good and Plane flew.
                                                One hour before the arrival, there was an announcement, please return pillows and blankets. When did King fisher started behaving like Indian railways? ( they are also much better).

                                                Anyways, I reached my destination and while travelling back, Airport check-in was smooth.
                                                One base crew, at Dubai, 20th Feb, 2010 IT 46, was very friendly, she had prior written information about us holding Gold card, gave Lounge vouchers on her own , ensured smooth check in process and Boarding.
                                                Cabin Crew was friendly . Quality and variety of Food has gone down over the years and there is actually no Pleasure in travelling in KF.

                                                I wish you guys act on this and improve.

                                                  I have booked the flight ticket for Bangalore to Nagpur (Travel Date 21 June 2009) on 29th March 2009. Subsequently, due to unavoidable circumstance I had to cancelled the ticket in last week of April -2009.



                                                  After the cancellation of the ticket, I have been informed that refund amount of the ticket will be credited to me with in seven working days. However, I have not received the refund amount even after the elapsed of two months.



                                                  In this regard, I have called the customer care many times and each time I have received a standard reply that your refund is in process. I am unable to know the reason behind such delays.



                                                  I had never expected such delays from the elite carrier like Kingfisher. I would request you to kindly look into the matter and expedite the credit of the refund amount.

                                                    I had to travel to my Dad's funeral on 26th May 2006. I booked my ticket through Southall Travel on 26th May 2009. The ticket charges are 360 pounds on 25th May 2009. When try to book my ticket the price has gone upto 389.50 pounds on 26th May 2009. Any way I booked my ticket for that price. Wiht all my stressed condition I managed to go to the Hethrow Air port Terminal 4, 40 minutes to the flight. When I went to the check in desk the staff said all closed now the flight has gone an hour ago. My flight time is 9.15 how can you believe the flight has gone by 8.15.

                                                    So I had to run all the check in desks as a mad person to get my flight some how. Later around 8.45 Guest Services Manager came to me and advice the flight has gone an hour ago no chance, said sorry. Finally he advice me to book the flight to 27th May 2009, Same time same flight but, he asked me to pay another 200 pounds top of my ticket charges. I had no option than paying the 200 pounds. I am not a rich person to pay like that, even to book my ticket I borrowed money to travel to my Dad's funeral. Then 27th May morning I called my travel agent and I asked about the charges, according to the travel agent the Air port coustmer desk charge me more, I asked the travel agent to help me, but my travel agent said my ticket is held by the Air port, Air lines.

                                                    My bad experience is the kingfisher is always in rush wether they got enough passangers or not. I experienced it through out my journey. Which is not fair with anybody.

                                                    When I explained my situation to the Kingfisher Chairman, to get a refund, I got a reply saying that what the airline charge from me is correct. Hope i will dream again to travel an Air line like this.

                                                      I had booked travel tickets on Kingfisher Airlines on their website around 12-Oct-07. This was for travel on 8-Nov-07 on the Mumbai-Nagpur Sector and further travel from Nagpur to Raipur. This was for the peak season of Diwali.
                                                      On 6-Nov-07 around 1.30 pm in the afternoon I received a call from their call centre stating that the flight has been cancelled and no alternative was suggested and only refund was offered, which was declined and request given for alternate travel arrangements. Till evening there was no update, on calling them again around 6.30 pm, the executive sought some time and by around 7.30 i was advised no arrangements can be made either to Nagpur or Raipur. I therefore booked tickets for the 9-Nov-07 on Jet airways paying approximately 6900, double of what I had paid Kingfisher originally. I also had to cancel my train reservations.
                                                      I had raised this issue with the customer care team on email, but no revert, not even a confirmation of cancellation was sent to me till 8-Nov-07. Later I got to know that the Sector was cancelled on 28-Oct-07 itself, but I was notified only on 6-Nov-07.
                                                      There has been no information post 8-Nov-07. Nor has the amount been refunded to my card account yet.

                                                      this is absolute right i am facing the same problem. my refunded amount has not been credited yet in my account.kingfisher customer care is providing wrong information.

                                                      Kingfisher Airlines — Cancellation of flight at peak Diwali

                                                      I was booked on IT3433 for BLR-CCU on 04-Nov (PNR:SPHJHU). At around 7pm on 2nd NovI recieved SMS informing me about cancellation!! They are trying to reroute with either full day haltovers ON 5th or at extra cost.
                                                      I feel, this is a technique being used by Kingfisher revenue managers for optimizing revenue - read "Making Quick Bucks". This practice is highly unfair and should be legally stopped. I would like to know if there really is some legal ways to teach them a lesson?
                                                      This is a regular feature with Kingfisher. Today morning at 8.00 i received confirmation for my flight on 27th May and at again 10.30 am they are sending another SMS informing flight is cancelled.

                                                      on calling CC they tell me to take the evening flight option (which is twice the original fare)

                                                      Even though govt says privatization increases competition and brings down the prices for customers benefits (like in Mobile fares), this is hardly true in case of airlines.
