Kiran Prakashan Complaints & Reviews

I have ordered two books from kiran prakashan & I gave my proper adress for delivery. But they put wrong adress on the parcel of books. I mailed them but they are not answering. I paid for these parcel & I am not sure weather I will receive the books or not....

I order a book 5 day ago but no delivery update. They are not taking calls and do not response at mail. My order I'd is RDX13058.I paid full amount...

I have taken 1 year subscription for 'junior science refresher' magazine, i have recieved 1 copy and did not recieve any copy afterwards. I have tried to reachout over email and phone.
They kept on saying sorry, but did not revert with magazine or refund.
I kept on following up with them, no one picks the call on +91-[protected].
Person disconnects the call, have chatted through sms and kept on saying, i will call you...

Yesterday I have ordered a book from kiran prakashan store.. And they have given me a tracking id number [protected] and I have payed an amount of 466rs through online.. There is no response from them.. They have not sent an mail also about the order details or tracking details.. When I am contacting to customer care there is no response. Soo plss help me in this and make my money refund to me.. It is a big fraud company...

they has to mail the order shipment detail within 2-3 business days but even after repeated email contact to [protected]@kiranprakashan.com i didnt get any reply from him.so please...
