I had ordered a built in under counter refrigerator on 27th June have not received the product and they don’t reply to mail .

Order #63668 was placed on june 2, 2020 and is still currently in processing status. Thousands of ordinary people may have been duped and the company must be earning lots of interest. Refund was requested from company's contact helpline no [protected] but it never materialized

Hi, can you please let me know whether they finally refunded the amount? Is kitchenbrandstore a genuine company or scam?

Thanks! I was about to place the order for Glen Hob because kitchenbrandstore.com gave me 5% special on 15, 899 priced hob. In the mean time I put up a qusn if they will provide GST invoice. They agreed for GST invoice but when I started the process of order, they removed discount and COD option. With COD option, I was ready to pay them Rs.260 but nobody will take risk of Rs. 1100 with kitchenbrandstore.com and what for? Why should we pay an initial commitment charge when COD option is there? Moreover kitchenbrandstore.com may not have enough inventory for supplies. Actually they purchase after booking the order and if the price offered doesn't match their purchase, they default with the customer.
