I had ordered dry fruit in December 2021, I had done online payment but product not received till now. Google is also responsible for this, why it's giving advertise such a fake company.

Ordered product but not delivered yet and no response on emails and calls.It is fake website.

I have ordered 1 product but my product has not been delivered yet. No one is responding to my calls and i did not get my refund yet.
Kindly do not do with any customer.Serve customers like your family.

Sir, I order on 25 Dec still I didn't get. I tried to contact on contact number that is going wrong number and email I'd also not responding. Need to do FIR against this company.

I ordered the product on 1st January which was supposed to be delivered in 4-5 days. It's been 26 days now and still there is no processing of the order till date.

..i have purchased two orders by online payment to kitchen Cup ...but neither my order got delivered nor my payment is refunded... their email and numbers are not in servy..how can such a company do online business freely by creating ads of facebook and YouTube

I saw the ad of kitchen up now on youtube I ordered mixer machine 3 to 4 days time given and order not received yet Amount was also deducted from the bank, even the contact number is not visible.The mail arrived, now searching for mail, it is not showingIs the kitchen now a company fraud?

We have purchased ZWILLING ® J.A. Henckels Clad Xtreme Ceramic 7-Piece Set, order #155736 from Kitchen cup, on 20/12/2021 through SBI Net Banking. But we neither received the product nor the money is refunded.
We want the amount of money already paid refunded immediately.

I ordered a turbo spin mop from a website namely kitchencup on 30/12/21 and they assured to deliver the product within 4-5 days but the product is not delivered yet and while we tried calling there customer executives one of them said that your order got cancelled so we asked about the repayment for the same after which they started asking about my phone number and my accounts linked with gpay and atlast they said that they will send a message and we need to forword the same message on the number provided by them, i mean which company do that. kitchencup is a website that is trying to fraud the customers by wrongly displaying the product and never delivering them . they also tried to get access to my phone so as to hack my bank account .

This site keeps on changing names sometimes it is Mahiproducts or something else.

I had ordered and paid for two order of Rs 657.26 &Rs 715.08 against order no 251733 and 252006. Order not delivered and no communication they had made about order.I had sent two mail for cancellation but no reply received.
