I ordered earbuds worth Rs.269 the payment is deducted from my account on 16 December 2021 and till now I have not received my product.

I ordered kitchencup website.
Some products of 900 rupees and.
After payment i dont received any confirmation mail or message and tracking id.
So this is a fraud website. Take action against it.
And requested to you refund our money...

I have done online shopping from kitchencup.in on 10th December 2021, amounting to Rs 1799/- ( Rupees One Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninetynine only), vide order no. 24166 but products not received till date....
