Online shopping fraud on purchase of non stick cookware

I placed an order for Basics Hard Anodized Non-Stick 12-Piece Cookware Set, Red - Pots, Pans and Utensils of Rs349 with Rs 29 as shipping charges on 22nd December, 2021 and there was a mail confirming the same. A sum of Rs349 along with the shipping charge Rs 29 and imposed gst of Rs 68, thus Rs 446 had been debited from my account . There was promise of deliver being made within 5days. But later the website is discovered fraud.

I have placed and order with KITCHENCUP for INR1139.99 on 26 December 2021 and they confirmed the order and stated "we've received your order #290783 and it is now being processed:" through email id "[protected]@gmail.com via srv547.main-hosting.eu "They have charged additional INR49for two days delivery and I have not received the product yet.
Kindly assist to get the products or refund the money.

I paid full amount and placed order with order ID 257466. I paid extra 99 RS also for 24 hour delivery . Order placed on 25th December 2021 but not yet delivered .
So it seems totally fake app and website.

While watching a video on FB I saw this Kitchen Cup website sale advertisement. The prices are shockingly too less for every product. I was lured by offers but I notice a strange thing that there is neither cash on delivery option nor any review for any product. I decided to first google it and the top trending website was consumercomplaints.in. it's really a fraud shopping website and written complaint should be given to police to save people from this open online loot.

Material not receive after 5 days advance payment
I've ordered 2 magic Mops worth rupees of 500/- rs total with gst and delivery charges through upi payment mode.
They claiming 72 hour delivery but I still don't get the delivery yet.. it's been 5 days now. not receive the material. How this kind of company still available after doing these kind of fraud .. When i get my material which i already paid..

I m complaining about a fake online shopping website called kitchencup
I've ordered 3 magic Mops worth rupees of 750/- rs total with gst and delivery charges through upi payment mode.
They claiming 24 hour delivery but I still don't get the delivery yet.. it's been 5 days now.
I think it's a fake website and all they are froudsters...
Can anyone help me to recover my money back?

L placed the order on 20 december 2021 for the mop through kitchencup app advertising on youtube and payed the bill through my credit card . It was needed to be delivered within 4 or 5 days days.But it has not been delivered yet.

My product worth of ₹811 not been shipped from kitchencup it's been 10 days still do no the status of my order..and just now came through that this kitchencup is fraud and read some compliance against same here too, atleast I need my money to refund

Paid but not receive any item
I have ordered some items from them. I paid but didn't get the item. When I tried to contact them. They are asking me my card details for the refund. When I didn't give, they refuse to refund my money. They I contacted Cyber police. I trace them to somewhere in Bihar.
