I ordered a turbo spin mop, they accept only prepaid order so I paid but they didn't deliver . They are fake and fraudulent ....

I placed an order for Basics Hard Anodized Non-Stick 12-Piece Cookware Set, Red - Pots, Pans and Utensils of Rs349 with Rs 29 as shipping charges on 22nd December, 2021 and there was a mail confirming the same. A sum of Rs349 along with the shipping charge Rs 29 and imposed gst of Rs 68, thus Rs 446 had been debited from my account . There was promise of deliver being made within 5days. But later the website is discovered fraud....

I ordered product they only accept prepaid order so I paid but they didn't deliver any other. They are just fake and fraudulent....

I have ordered kitchen appliances and paid for early delivery so totally paid 528 but still not yet received the items....

I have ordered kitchen accessories on Dec 25, 2021 and paid extra for quick delivery so totally paid 528. Still I didn't get my order. Fraud company....

I have ordered from Kitchencup on 24.12.2021 against order number 252006 &251733 for total five materials but till today it is not delivered neither refund the money paid for order...

I have placed and order with KITCHENCUP for INR1139.99 on 26 December 2021 and they confirmed the order and stated "we've received your order #290783 and it is now being processed:" through email id "[protected]@gmail.com via srv547.main-hosting.eu "They have charged additional INR49for two days delivery and I have not received the product yet.
Kindly assist to get the products or refund the money....

I have ordered cleaning mob in kitchen cup website by prepaying amount, after ten days also neither I received product nor tracked it....

THIS IS one fraud company don't order to this company I already given FIR to this company...

I ordered Nirlon Non-Stick Aluminium Gas Compatible Cookware Kitchen Utensils Combo Gift Set Offer - 9 Pieces and Turbo Spin Mop that removes over 99% bacteria, with Easy wheels, Triangular head by paying 621 rupees on 22 December but didn't receive the product yet....

The above said item ordered by me on 20th Dec'2021 but no delivery yet.

and attached file order details, i want refund my amount and take action on this website.

but still not i didn't received the item and i try to customer care no but no response with that no

Hope i will received the package as soon as possible...

I paid full amount and placed order with order ID 257466. I paid extra 99 RS also for 24 hour delivery . Order placed on 25th December 2021 but not yet delivered .

So it seems totally fake app and website.

Kindly help me to get refund .

I've ordered 2 magic Mops worth rupees of 500/- rs total with gst and delivery charges through upi payment mode.
They claiming 72 hour delivery but I still don't get the delivery yet.. it's been 5 days now. not receive the material. How this kind of company still available after doing these kind of fraud .. When i get my material which i already paid.....

L placed the order on 20 december 2021 for the mop through kitchencup app advertising on youtube and payed the bill through my credit card . It was needed to be delivered within 4 or 5 days days.But it has not been delivered yet....
