Wrong product was delivered and there is no helpline number provided. I tried emailing them, and the mail given there is incorrect.

The product ordered was a cross body bag and what i received is a weird golden pouch (Image attached).

Their ads were all over facebook and instagram and their website also looked legit. However they are scamming people....

As per the ad in tiktok. I orders a smartwatch from https://kitykart.com/ of rs.1500/- and got deliverd a cheap quality wristwarch by fedex courier. Now tried returning as per company policy but company cant mail to company mail id. They had stickered as smartwatch in wrist watch product
Kity kart is daily showing the ads in tiktok social media. Compay has website but in contact us option they had given mail id in which i mailed the but its showing that message cant be delivered because the remote server is misconfigured..
Now there is no other contact option. Need to refund the product and get the money back.
