Hi Team

I booked a ticket on 19th November 2022 via kiwi.com to fly at a future date, from New Delhi to Munich via Israel on 7th January 2023.

I booked the following connection : From DEL to Israel by Air India flight, then from Israel to Munich by Pegasus airlines flight.

Now I was required to board Air India flight from New Delhi on 7th January at 16:55. But when I reached New Delhi airport at 13:00 at the checkin counter to collect my boarding pass, the Air India officials told me that they can't allow me to board the flight. They said a mix of things such as :

"You are an Indian passport holder therefore you can't travel to Germany via Israel"
"Go to the reservation counter of Air India, they will tell you more"
"Though you have a student visa of Germany, you can't be permitted to board the flight today"
"Kiwi shouldn't have shown this connection to you, since you didn't book the ticket using our website we can't help, check with kiwi for refund, they are a scam"

Then I went at the Air India reservation counters, they said "according to new guidelines, you are not permitted to travel via Israel or have a layover at Israel, you can't take this trip today and you will have to book a new ticket"

Consequently, I had to book a new ticket and couldn't travel on 7th Jan in the scheduled flights.

In light of the above information, Please help me get the following refunds from kiwi and/or airlines:

1) 600 EUR for the flight ticket which kiwi deducted from my bank account
2) 8.18 EUR against the money which Pegasus airlines deducted on 19th December 2022 from my bank account, although I didn't avail any additional services and I didn't allow them SEPA debit.
3) 94.95 EUR against the money which was deducted on 2nd Jan 2023 from my bank account, because I availed additional checkin baggage service from kiwi.

    I have booked a ticket with Kiwi.com from New Delhi, India to Vientan, Laos on 2nd of June 2022 with Booking number[protected].But unfortunately the Indigo flight has not allowed me to board a flight from starting point therefore I asked all further connections and Indigo to cancel my tickets.So all airlines have cancelled my tickets and issued a refund. The refund is with Kiwi.com and they are denying to remit the same to me. I would request if airlines have paid kiwi.com.They should remit the same in my account at the earliest. As I am facing huge loss for the same.

      Sir,
      I have booked flight tickets for my son who is a student to travel from Manchester to Mumbai on the 18th Dec 2021 and Mumbai to Manchester on the 6th January 2022 with the booking number[protected]. the flight from Manchester to Mumbai was Via sofia and dubai . I have reached out to Bulgarian embassy for the Visa of my son to change terminal in sofia. the Bulgarian embassy have written back to me stating they would not issue a visa as UK is red list country and book some other route . I have reached out to Kiwi.com to rebook which they did not and i had to rebook him with another flight .
      For his flight from Mumbai to Manchester his flight was via Milan with a lay over of 1 hour and 55 min in Milan, subsequently they have rescheduled his flight with a layover in Milan for 25 hours and 55 min I have again reached out to them to cancel the flight and refund my money which they have denied again .
      Would request these sites to be banned from doing business and cheating people of their hard earned money and i had to pay additionally to make new booking for my sons flight as both the flights my son cannot take .
      Pls help me in getting justice and refund of my 1 lakh 5 thousand which has been swallowed by this portal

        Hi,
        My daughter, who supposed travel on KIWI.COM itinerary ( booking id[protected] from Chicago to Bangalore on sunday 16th Dec 2018 in wow airways from Chicago to Reykjavik KEF( ICELAND).Because of WOW air lines staff not allowing her to board the flight not having schengen visa to enter Paris, could not complete her journey. she has undergone lot of inconvenience and financial loss . Since first week of December 2018 She was enquiring through her mail regarding confirmation of the ticket Every time she got reply all the flight having confirmed journey and it is confirmed ticket and journey from kiwi.com. There are no issues with your Journey. Further, they have issued online boarding ticket by WOW airways Chicago to Reykjavik and Reykjavik (KEF) to CDG (paris) on 15th and 16th DEC 2018. Paris to New Delhi (DEL) by Air india flight ticket confirmation.
        It has been clearly mentioned in web site Indian passport holder no longer require Airport transit visa for France, if they are having onward journey ticket from July 25th 2018 and same information shared with kiwi.com and wow airways. But they are replying to me contact your Embassy.
        Please take necessary action on the staff who don't know the schengen visa guidelines for India pass port holder. Please refer and update airline staff accordingly.
        I request Embassy people to clarify the issue and help me to get total reimbursement from the kiwi.com and WOW airways.
        I was asking for total reimburse Rs.2, 13, 151 ( Rupees Two lakhs thirteen thousand one hundred fifty one ) towards financial loss incurred for not completing the journey according to itinerary and it is kiwi.com assured journey. I have also lodged complaint with WOW airlines for the same amount.
        Today i received mail regarding total refund amount as 4878.32 INR, which is unacceptable.
        whereas total cost of the ticket only including extra baggage fees is (57401 + 9340)INR
        Being as a father I suffered lot and undergone huge financial loss by cancelling this flight as informed by the WOW airline staff and booking alternate flight in the last minute and get ticket in another airline ( Air India) from chicago to Bangalore via New delhi on next day.
        Please inform the airlines to reimburse completely at the earliest.
        Revert back if any other clarity require on the information.
