Hi Team,

I have opt this ISP for more than 12months now and within this I have created nearly 26 tickets which means every month creating two tickets. And what's the wonderful thing about KNET support team is am since creating all tickets for same Internet issue till now but they close the ticket on same without resolving it.

Not sure they have heard anywhere or learnt about CUSTOMER support and what does that...

I've been Cherrinet Broadband user for over a year. Recently, I have filed a complaint like 4 times regarding ping issue to a particular website. They never fix the issue, but mark the ticket as closed and resolved. This clearly means they fail to provide the promised service. One of the worst customer care who does not fix anything.br...
