I had purchased a knighthood shirts from Big bazaar of Empress mall, near railway station, Nagpur.

I experience the bed quality of this shirt, it was Extirpate their cotton after the wash. kindly find attached image in this mail and hop for company's required needful action.

I have purchased knighthood shirt no 40 from big bazaar jabalpur. After 3-4 wash its colour got faded and showing on the fabric. While contacting big bazaar they not agree and refused to take complaint. No one is expect such a poor quality product fro a well reputed company like knighthood. Knighthood to replace the shirt one of their best quality to maintain faith with the users and their company's reputation

I, Anilkumar, purchased a branded Knighthood blue shirt from Big Bazaar, East fort branch, Trivandrum on 05/09/2015, one of the trusted retailers in India. But it was shocking to see the condition of the shirt after a single wash. Colour has faded and had spread across the folded areas of the fabric. So I contacted with Big Bazaar costumer care team, but they were not ready to take any action. I feel cheated. As a result, I want my money back or the shirt to be replaced. I buyed a shirt from big bazaar but the shirt stuuf is not well, i am unable to iron the shirt and also after ironing the shirt also it seems that it is not iron.
This issue is directly impacting to your brand. . Plz provide me any solution.
Otherwise exchange or return my money. . .

I purchased 4 Knight Hood Shirts of 40" from Big Bazaar in R City Mall in Ghatkopar on 14th August, 2011 vide their Transaction No.41756. When I tried wearing the shirts at home the shirts fits so much tight from chest to waist. Certainly it is not 40" size. My Size is 40" only. But there seems to be some manufacturing defect in the size of the shirts. Generally I wear 40" size shirts from different brands in which I never had any problem. I could not able to wear the shirts because o[censored]nsize. I request you to change or exchange the shirts with right size so that I can use them or direct me to proper channel of advice. kindly revert back as soon as possible.

I would like to lodge a complaint against Rave Moti Big Bazaar Kanpur.
I purchased three Shirts on 27-08-10 from Rave Moti Big Bazaar Kanpur.When I reached home I found that the shirt measurement was not upto the mark according to my size.
I reported on 30-08-10 for replacement of shirts but customer care executive said to bring the tags of the shirts and asked to come on the next day.
I again reported on 31-08-10 and this time the statement of customercare executive was very surprising. He said these shirts are already used several times and refused to exchange the shirts.
Whe I went to purchase the shirts, No care taker was there to entertain me about the size and Regular fit or Slim fit Concept of shirt.
I want Judgement because no authorise person deputed to hear the problems/grievances of Customers BIG BAZAAR
