My partner booked Kobe Sizzlers in Leicester London rd on the 14th of February valentine's Day..on arrival we were kept waiting at the door for over half an hour although we had booked two weeks earlier when we were eventually given a table we had to wait another 45 min before we were even offered a drink we sat and watched as people that came in after us got served
When they finally came to us we placed our starter and main my partner had the chicken and I had the surf and turf at no point was I asked if I wanted the pepper corn sauce over my meal as we had been there before and it always came separately when I finally received my meal I noticed it was smothered in pepper corn sauce I asked for a side plated which I placed my prawns on so I could deshell them then started my meal ...the pepper corn sauce was so overwhelming I was unable to eat my meal I tried my prawns which was just as hot so my partner asked to speak to the management who was very rude but said she would get me a fresh plate of my order...when I eventually got my food bk I noticed my prawns were unshelled and half eaten ...I said to my partner these are the same prawns I sent bk ...after speaking to the manager once again she informed us that they were the same prawns which they had rinsed and place bk on the grill she was so rude to us and just handed us the bill of which was £68 she did not even apologise for the inconvenience we have been here a number of times and always found it to be very pleasant but after our experience we shall not be coming back I was really upset and as an out come ended up with a bad case of food poisoning

We, a family of 4 had dinner at Kobe Sizzlers, Aundh Pune on 23 Nov 14. My wife and I have been sick with food poisioning since Sunday night. We are still recovering. Yesterday we found cockroach in the sauce of hakka noodles from this restaurant Kobe Sizzlers which we had taken as parcel so couldn't show them on the spot and after makin such a terrifying discovery we called them. I personally spoke to their manager. All they said was they couldn't do anything about it!!!!!
